How do you have the info without the sources? Did the info just come to you in a dream?

do some research on Nobel Laureate Linus Pauling, later in life he shifted focus to vitamins and the possible benefits of megadosing vitamins. badass stuff in my opinion.

I think the typical vitamin articles you will find from Dr. Nick online are not acceptable sources, or at least wouldn't have been where I went to college. Your college should enable you to have access to academic search engines like EBSCO, or LexisNexis. If you are in high school, then just go to the library, but your teacher probably won't give a shit about good sources in high school anyway. Also, remember to take your vitamins before writing the article. laugh.gif

yeah, i think you're right.

i read if you put your vitamin tabs in vinegar, they should disolve in 30-60 minutes maximum. otherwise, they won't absorb right in the body....

obviously capsules don't have the same issue
