Now about me....
19 years old 200lbs roughly 15% bf
Will be doing fullbody workout's 3x a week
HIIT 2 x a week, along with basketball once a week for cardio
Workouts vary from day to day due to class schedule, hw etc..
But without a doubt, SFW 3x a week
been lifting since 16 back in high school football days


Current supplements:
alive multi
ON whey and ON casein
IDS waximaize
Tonalin CLA
and maybe will pick up some white flood i heard they stack well

Goals: Ultimately shred a couple pounds, but maintain muscle mass and possibly improve strength. IF possible add lean body mass as well.

Diet: I eat fairly decent, ranging from chicken breast to 5 1/2lb taco bell
burritos tongue.gif . I eat alot of chicken, steak, rice, tuna, wheat bread, lean ground beef, potatoes, peanut butter sandwiches. I do cheat a good amount, usually just cafeteria food, but i get the urge to hit up taco bell once a while as mentioned above. Aways high in protein and now going to start cutting carbs, trying to shed some bf%

TOMOR WILL BE FIRST DAY TRYING PW LEMONADE. WILL UPDATE AND HAVE PICS TOMOR!
and will be dosing 1 scoop pre WO, with one scoop post workout. cant wait! cool.gif

im gna try man, somtimes im just so stressed and tempted because of school and i work i just want something quick to eat..... i usually try and buy some bars too......

as far as workout goes....
taste eh was not bad, was not great either, kinda tasted like a jolly rancher wierd but a good taste
energy was good, wasnt an explosive feeling but felt like i could lift longer, and bust out a few more reps, maybe just excited to try it tho
endurance seemed real good

DAY 2

Took PW 30 mins pre workout, couldnt feel my face blink.gif got all tingly n stuff i heard its the BA
Kept scratching my face looking for it lol
Good workout tho, not explosive energy but a good sustained amount, Endurance felt great, seems like i can lift longer
Taste is already getting better to me, seems like once u get use to it, it is delicious
Mixes decent too, the trick is to start mixing it 10mins before ur gna take it, at first real bubbly n stuff, then shake it like every 2 mins and soon it smoothes out, good stuff
Sore as hell today tho, dnt no how much stuff it has in it for recovery

Workout
Incline 3 x8
Decline DB flys 3 x 8
Abs ( various exercises ) bout 10 mins
Hammer curls 3 x8
Regular Seated DB curls 3 x 8
Straight bar curls 3 x 6

Ended up turning into a chest/bi exercise day, fri will be back/shoulders cant wait

Diet has been ok..... todays diet looked like....
meal 1 2 scoops whey, couple bowls whole grain cereal, 3 egg whites
meal 2 vpx pumpkin bar (class )
meal 3 Vpx pumpkin bar (still in class)
Meal 4 3 chicken tenderloins bunch of potatoes
meal 5 baggy of tuna, sun chips, whole wheat roll
meal 6 5oz lean ground beef, 3 egg whites
pre bed- casein shake w/1% milk

DAY 3

Took PW 30 mins preworkout, again, on my way to the gym i couldnt feel my face, extremely tingly tongue.gif
Took it post as well, but didnt feel as much of a tingle as the preWO
Taste is getting better
Still using the same mixing method as before dry.gif

WORKOUT - Felt a lil down in the dumps 2day, thats what cruzan does for you ph34r.gif Took the PW n seemed like things started to turn arou8nd, felt sum good energy n nice n fuzzy tingley feeling laugh.gif
Endurance is throught the roof, looovviing that feature
Strength may have increased a lil, maybe not, too hard to tell. Nothing real noticable yet except never ending workouts.

Deads- worked up to 275 x 4
DB Military seated - 3 x 8
DB rows - 3 x 10 each arm
Shoulder press machine- 3 x 10
Lat pulldowns - 3 x 6
Hang clean to press ( dnt no correct terminology ) 3 x 6

DAY 4 & 5

Kinda mixed it up dosage wise, monday took it preWO again and postWO and felt really good. Got the tingly feeling throughout my body pretty much the whole workout. Seemed like i sweated alot more too. Took a scoop post workout and didnt get as tingly but a lil, felt good but did heavy squats so i was still pretty sore the next day. Endurance still seems to be increasing, i just keep lifting like ive never lifted before.

On day 5 i decided to mix it up a bit and did 2 scoops in a galloon of water during WO. I really liked this, didnt get the tingly itchy feeling immediately and felt like i had a quicker recovery between sets. Taste is getting real good too. Endurance was still great, and strength maybe has improved slightly, still too early to decide.

Day 4 Wo was legs, and arms
Day 5 was chest and abs

Diet was like the days before, my deit is pretty repatitive i usually eat alot of the same stuff over and over, kinda getting sick of it blink.gif
Weight is around 199 still, i think i may drop the cals a lil bit here soon

Next update will be fri, if anyone has any concerns or questions hit me up

ok my bad for the lack of updates, i was away for the weekend thought it would be nice to take a couple days off, drank too much to lift anyways....


well back it today great sfw session, verhy pleased felt real god today
Took one scoop pre wo and one scoop during wo, really like it when dosed like that
Energy felt good, havent had stims for awhile and this stuff gets me goin well, got all tingly again, love it
Endurance was great as usual, feeling strong thru my entire lift
Strength seemed to be up today, maybe it was just from the long weekend rest got sum decent recovery, we will see soon.
Weight is still around 200, gonna start nailin the diet soon, gotta shed sum lbs.

Not a solid diet, got alot of work to do, we will see how things go

if your having trouble getting good food in class...try stocking up on tuna packets...easier than cans don't have to drain and pretty quick and the smell isn't bad...everytime i go to walmart i make it a point that i buy some that way i know i will never run out...for carbs i would get the instant rice cups I imagine you can microwave them in between classes or sum10 only takes a minute to cook them ..i try to stay stocked on them also

sry for lack of updates school has been kicken my ass
have had 3 solid workout sessions the last couple days
been playing around with dosage a lil bit this tub is huge scooper is so small too
1 day took it pre with green mad, really liked
next time took green mag pre workout 2 scoops pw during workout, also liked
today took green mag pre, 1 scoop pw with 2 scoops xtend during, and sipped on pw after wo, really liked this

'as far as effectiveness goes, today was the only day ive really felt stronger, today i felt realllllll goood was banging out reps out bench 225 like it was my job, usually cant do that

Endurance is still realll good, having long solid workouts. still get that tingly feeling seems like its not as bad tho, maybe building a tolerance?

diet has been bad, really just eating whatever i see, lots of cafeteria buffet food.
weight in today at 194, down a lil bit, maybe becuzz of bad diet, dnt know, will be cleaner this week

strength felt reallll good today, throughout entire WO
noticing strength increases past 2 WO, ive also been adding olympic style lifts so maybe thats really helping

Meal 4 - cafeteria buffet, 8 oz chicken breat, pot pie, green beans lots of carnberry/grape mix juice

hit legs fri and then hit chest tris today
fri was great, and today set new PR which was sweet
Strength is deff increasing

Leg day was good i took out squats just to switch things up
DL worked up to 315 x 2
leg press worked up to 5 plates each side x 6
Leg extension to leg curl superset 3 x 10
walking lunges up and down hall way 2 set
db jump squats 3 x 10

trying to improve my vertical leap.....

today chest fooled around with 5 x 5
started at 185 easy, 195 easy, 205 easy, 215 semi easy, 225 got all 5 but difficult and actually managed to bang out 5 reps with 235 new PR for me so got me all pumped for the rest of WO

sry for lack of updates, finals is this week and ive been studying 24/7

anyway things still have been good
been doing the usual 2 scoops during WO
endurance is good, not as much tingle lately
strength hasnt been the greatest due to lil rest from all studying
have done sum shoulders and back, and legs and abs

diet has been horrible not time to make any decent food
i will do a more detail breakdown soon really stressed and busy with finals sorry

Took a scoop of green mag Pre WO mixed with 1 scoop PW
Also sipped on a scoop of PW during WO
PreWO drink got me goin, got me a lil tingly
Strength was not all there today, but thats due to a week off
Endurance still felt good, altho this WO did not have much volume
Overall felt good, but not the best of the WO's becuzz of my mini break

2 scoops PW in half gallon, tasted good
Strength felt good today, maybe the week off helped
Endurance felt good, not much volume again tho
Did alot of exercises and felt solid through whole thing, so wasnt bad at all

Cable Close grip row: # 10 x 10, # 11 x 8, # 12 x 8

Meal # 6: 5 egg whites, 1 banana, 1 yogurt
40 g pro, 5 carb, 3 g fat
Pre bed shake: 1 1/2 scoop dymatize 12 hour, 1 tbsp flax, 1 tbsp Natty Pb
38 g pro, 6 g carb, 10 g fat

Diet is decent, could use some work, any suggestions let me no tongue.gif

just been taking pw during WO, no pre WO supps lately trying to just take a lil break
things have been good tho
i dont get the tingle anymore, i kinda liked it to
endurance while lifting is still reall good, im gna switch up my routine here soon to see if anything changes
will lift either tomor, or fri with a better/more detailed update

lifted today chest and bi's
Took a sample of RPM pre-WO for a good energy rush, and mixed 2 scoops of PW into half a gallon of water
Today was rough, strength felt down, motivation was down, and endurance did not feel good. Although i looked about the same size in the mirror, the scale and strength measures wwwaaaayy down.

WO went as follows
flat barbell bench 135 x 15, 155 x15, 185 x 10, 185 x 8, 205 x 4 mad.gif
barbell incline 135 x 10, 145 x 8, 155 x 6 mad.gif
DB bench (actually felt decent on this) 55's x 10, 65's x 6, 70'x x 6
DB flies 25's x 10, 25's x 10, 30's x 8
Barbell curls 65 x 6 x 3
DB curls 30's x 8, 30's x 7, 30's x 6
Curl Machine #5 x 10 x 3
Incline Hammer Curls 30's x 8 x 3


Felt really really weak today, and to top it all rite after lifting played golf for 4 hours with no food
anyway im gna smash food tonight real mad about weight drop and strength drop, down to 189 today

Been lifting regularly, taking PW during WO
have been cutting by doin cardio post workout 4 x a week and modified diet a lil bit, got test at 11% at 190lbs so id like to be down around 9% in a month or so

lifted today, upper body WO
Bench 3 x 8
Incline 3 x 8
Cable row-lat pull superset 3 x 6
DB military press 3 x 8
Kaliamazoo's 3 x 20
DB curl 3 x 10
BB curl 3 x 10
Tri Push 3 x10
Skull's 3 x 10

Endurance has been a lil low, i think its due to low carbs tho, i may try adding in a scoop just throughout the day for a lil energy, strength has also suffered a bit but thats expected. Still looks as if im holding same amount of muscle thi\o so im happy bout that. Gna continue PW during WO.

Lifted tonight, Trunks

taste is startin to get old, but what can u expect? its deff not bad tho
Diet has been well, went away for the weekend and went on the subway natty diet
Strength is LOW, but ive been trying to cut so i expect that
NO more tingle, endurance still seems good, just the lack of strength kinda gets me down

WO went
Squats 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 10 , 275 x 6
Leg press 4 plates x 10, 5 plates x 10, 6 plates x 8
leg ext to leg curl superset #8 x 10 x 3
db lunges 25's up and down gym twice
then did sum abs

not too shabby but decent after a weekend of shit
