fri was great, and today set new PR which was sweet
Strength is deff increasing
Leg day was good i took out squats just to switch things up
DL worked up to 315 x 2
leg press worked up to 5 plates each side x 6
Leg extension to leg curl superset 3 x 10
walking lunges up and down hall way 2 set
db jump squats 3 x 10
trying to improve my vertical leap.....
today chest fooled around with 5 x 5
started at 185 easy, 195 easy, 205 easy, 215 semi easy, 225 got all 5 but difficult and actually managed to bang out 5 reps with 235 new PR for me so got me all pumped for the rest of WO
