Up to 257 from 249 when I started. Strength is up too.

Wife told me that my man juice burns though...hahaha...wasn't expecting that side!

Popping 40mg Epi and 4-5 pills Methoxy, both spread throughout the day.

Bump for yeahshescool......sides have been minimal, if any. Some bacne, shoulders, chest, etc. Not sure if that's even from the PH's though, cuz it happens to me anyway.

Been boozing a little (I know, I know) but everything's been feeling fine.

Start of Week 4

Today is a scheduled off day, tomorrow with be shoulders, and whatever else I choose, probalby tri's and abs. So far, sides have been minimal...some breaking out, but not much.

Haven't adjusted my diet much, started at 249lbs, now I'm up to 255-257, depending on the day. Gonna increase the calories, carbs, etc and see if I can get up to 260 or 265 by the time it's over. Might run 5 weeks...feel fine right now at the start of Week 4, will do the 5th week if I still feel fine by then.

might need to up the dose a bit week 5. i hear gains stop havoc end of week 3-4 with some. dont get too blubbed

Good call, will bump it up, maybe later this week.

Started adding oats to my shakes, gonna try to add a few lbs toward the end here.

For PCT, I've got the following stuff on hand...was gonna run some combo of them:

Nolva
Milk Thistle
Taurine
Tribulus
Leviathan
Incarnate
Creatine
Fenugreek
Retain

The first 3 I'm definitely using, the rest I'm gonna take some combo of.

Advices?

i only have liimited knowledge on this subject but ill try and help


maybe u should wait to run the Levi for a couple months, some say its hard keeping gains as it is coming off, and throwing in a cutting agent might make it even harder, now i dont no how strong the thermogenic properties of LEvi are, so i cant say for sure, its really your call bro
Id run the Incinerate, creatine, fenu, trib and the 3 u mentioned for sure, dnt really no what retain is so cant help you on that one

How do you usually dose the Taurine? i get wickkkkeedd back pumps when doin pull ups, hurts so bad, i dnt run anything that would trigger them either, i just picked up sum mega taurine caps, and take a gram pre WO and one upon waking with my breakfast shake

For your pct i would use, Nolva ( of course) Leviathan, Retain, Fenugreek and the creatine and incarite will just help u keep gaining so throw that in there. And then just all the standard supports. You can build muscle on Leviathan, and it will help you get un blubbed.

Thanks for the advices guys. I'm not worried about losing LBM on Leviathan, so I may run that, since it's got Trib in it anyway.

yeahshescool...I take 1 Taurine cap with breakfast and 1 more with lunch or dinner.

Guess who weighed in at 260lbs? THIS GUY!!!!!!

looks like everythings goin good for ya playerrrr... I ran havoc for 5 weeks the first time and didn't get much out of the 5th week even at 60mg

But if your still gainin by the end of week 4 then i'd say give it a go

Just realized I might not have enough Epi/Methoxy to run a full 5th week at 40mg or 50mg, so I'm gonna play it by ear...maybe end it after Week 4, or keep it going a few more days after.

Before I end the cycle and start my Nolva, should I taper down for a couple days, to 30mg or 20mg? Or should I go straight from 40-50mg into my PCT the next day?

Ran out of Epi, so I'm starting my Nolva today. Worked out pretty well, went exactly 4 weeks. Weight fluctuates a lot, but I'm 255-258, lookin pretty good, feelin pretty strong.

Will keep y'all posted on how PCT goes.

Day 3 of PCT. Had a semi-shitty workout today, so I'm hoping that's just coincidence...all mental most likely. I've still got gains I wanna make.
