Just a quick question about incline benching?

What are the best inclines on which to set the bench?

Normally the lowest setting... ~30deg. You can adjust up or down to switch it up. But, if I could choose ONLY one angle it would be lower than higher.

Just remember the steeper the angle the more you work your shoulders.

Are you wanting to hit the pec major, or more the pec minor? The flatter the bench, the more it hits the pec major, the higher the incline, the more it hits the pec minor and shoulder.

You can't change the angle on the BB incline bench at my gym.

I'll bring my protractor to the gym tomorrow and let you guys know what it is.
