how would you mix it, and what was that other stuff, some powder that id you mix it into some liquid it was great too? And would you wanna show some pics, also what bodyfat are you?

Hey, can I get some more details on Mixing Clen with Napalm. First off I have used the Generic Version of Ephedra, the one at the stores. But never Clen so alittle Description would be great. Also I can you mix it in Napalm, cause isnt it like a thick gel? Please some info or intel. would be great.

Napalm isn't thick by any means. It's actually somewhat watered down. Im having a hard time finding Clen in powder form myself but am wondering if I can mix regular Clen with it

Im not sure liquid clen can be applied like that. Im seeing pretty good results, but remind you, it's not a miracle solution. I've lost my lovehandles and my stomach feels tighter. Im hoping to get my bodyfat down to about 10-12% (currently 13.5).

I am curious cause I think I sm around 10-11% bodyfat. I want to know if you see any lines or cuts in your abdomin? I probably would buy a couple of bottles but would not need the Clen in it...or do I?

The Clen would not be needed (only there for extra benefits ). If your 10-11% bodyfat, you should see really good results. From what I hear, the lower the bodyfat, the better it works

Is John from Palo Alto still around the board? I live in Canada too and I was lucky enough to get two bottles of napalm through customs so now I am trying to find out the best way to get the best bang for each squirt!

Well I baught a bottle with the staple supp i usually get. I started using Napalm on friday so ill def. keep reporting back. Upper body wise i will probably never get be what I use too. But core and legs are getting a whole lot better. I'm not really worried about gaining alot of muscle mass, but i am aiming a definition and muscle seperation. Not bulking or cutting but recomping i guess. I really watch the carbs and cycle. Abs are looking really betterr each day, but to early for the Napalm so I am excited for it to kick in.
