 So I began My Havoc cycle yesterday (3/22) Days 1-4-20mg Days 4-remainder-30 mg (Unless you guys recomend differently.) Cycle Support during cycle (which by the way tastes and smells like ass) Nolva and Tribulus for PCT, hope to also pick up some Eform towards the end. As far as this journal goes, dont expect full workout routines to be listed, for thats too much of a pain in the ass and unnecessary, plus I dont like to share secrets  But for the record, I will be lifting heavy for the normal rep range. Except on Deads day in which I do 5x5, along with some cleans. For the most part will be a clean bulk, for Im looking to put on some mass here. I will update here n there my body weight, and maybe some measurements. Also, I will try n answer any questions you guys may have.. Im also curious as to what you recomend once my cyle is done to keep my gains, as in which supps to run, maybe some creatine? Something more?

 Ok boys so today was a different day, a complete 180 from yesterday. Did legs and Endurance was good, nothing unsual. Strength was much improved, specially on ham curls. I felt my squats could have been much improved if it wasnt for some pretty decent sized lower back pumps. Backs still a lil sore from doin deads, so squats dont help that cause much. As far as a pump went, UNREAL. I warmed up on the upright bike for 5 min, and they were swole from this alone! There were times where I had to stop the pumps were becoming painful, both my quads and hams were very full. Im startin to get excited cause my weights up a couple pounds (mostly from the eating Im thinkin) and tomorrow I jump to 30mgs a day. Heres a rough outline of my workout... Squats135x10 185x5 225x5 225x5 275x5 (partials) 295x5 (partials) Leg Press (2 sets, lower back was on fire, so I bailed)200x10 400x8 Extensions75x5 100x5 125x5 150x5 175x3 Curls80x10 100x5 120x5 130x5 80x10 Then did some plyos for Calves

 Another solid day, energy wasnt great and Im unsure why. Its almost as if Im not motivated. Maybe its cause I was stuck in a rut for so long and am waitin for this shit to trully kick in/ see gains to get me amped again. But Did back and Bis and ended up being a pretty good day... Wide pullups3 sets of 8-10 Close Grip Pullups3 sets of 6-10 T Bar Rows (# of plates)2x12 3x10 4x10 5x6 3x8 Bentover Rows135x3x10-12 Lat Pulldown Machine, Plate Loaded 2 plates x12 2 plates x10 140x10 Rear Cable Flys Supersetted with lateral machine3 sets each Pump really kicked in after doing the Rear flys, and again had a super lower back pump, from the Tbar Rows and BO Rows. Gonna have to change somethings up to prevent these in the future. Since Ive started eating more, prob 1 1/2-2 weeks into that, and the beginning of my cycle, 3/22, my bodyweight is up 5 pounds. There is an increase in bodyfat, which is expected with the extra cals, but I dont give a fuck. Just get me bigger. Also, vascularity is up. Had small veins running along the top of my forearms, which is new, and the roadmap of the rest on the inside were def saying hi.

 Its Official, This Stuff Has Kicked In! My god what a workout! As has been the trend lately, I felt lethargic upon waking up and up untill my workout. Was up till 330am last night with an 845 wakeup, so I was lil bummin thinkin my workout would suck. Dam was I wrong! I kinda had a freestyle day and ended up doin Chest and Arms. As for a workout plan, I didnt really have one, it was kind of one of those feel my workout as I go along and do whats feelin good for today. Well besides feelin lethargic, the stamina was great and the pump was like nothing Ive ever felt. I couldnt even pinch the skin on my arms, and the comments were starting to fly from other members in the gym, for my appearence was very noticable. I was almost laughing at myself in the mirror as to how rediculous it was. As of last night all my measurements were up .5", but this could also be in part to a very carb generous weekend, so I will do them again tonight and we will see. As far as my weight, Im up 8lbs since the start of my bulk. (2 weeks in, 8 of those days being Havoc)... Ill post back later with the measurement deal. As far as pics I got nothin, for a comparison and prob wont till the end, my avatar is from when I was about 164-165ish. Right now Im 180 more or less with a slight increase in BF. Im really hopin to hit 190 come mid May, round the time of my Bday.
