Ya thanks, when i do my front lat spread you can see the line of separation below my chest, around my abs and into my lats. Looks pretty good. I would like to go past 4 pills ED, but thats the max the bottle recommends.

Ok well i finished the bottle and im pretty happy with the results. I started at a 34 inch waste, and now i am a 31. Im a little more vascular i tried to get some more pics but my camera is being a douche, it wont read the memory card. I will try to get some as soon as possible. I would say all in all this was worth the money, it still gets an 8 out of 10 cuz it takes a while to kick in, then takes off, then slows down. Also im 180lbs right now just got bad from the doc with a clean bill of health, so it seems safe enough.
