As stated, I need a couple people currently cutting or soon to be cutting who are willing to log an RPM and Neovar stack. Users would need to post at minimum 3 times a week with updates, and be willing to follow a specific dosing protocol tailored partially to your schedule, workouts, and diet. Users should expect noticeable fat loss while maintaining or even increasing strength and lean mass!!

Like before, YOU need to convince ME of why you should be chosen. Give me some info on your planned cut diet and schedule as well.

I hope to have at least 2 people chosen by next Friday.

Well, I don't know exactly what you want or need but I will tell you a little about myself. I plan to compete in a natural bodybuilding contest sooner rather than later. I want to do a cut to see exactly where I am before I do a contest. I have currently bulked up to 6'1" 219 lbs and I am still able to see my abs fairly well. Basically, I am looking to be shredded after this cut.

My plan for the cut is to gradually decrease my calories from the current level of 4100 calories. I will also gradually increase my cardio (even though I am not a fan). I have been bulking for awhile and have gone from 189 lbs to my current weight, therefore I am ready to cut, plus its getting near summer time, gotta look good for the ladies tongue.gif . I will keep my protein at the 350 gram mark and just adjust my carbs and fat.

My schedule looks like this: I lift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for about 90 minutes a session. I do chest, shoulders, and tris on Monday(heavy) and Thursday(light). On Tuesday(light) and Friday(heavy) I do legs, back and bis. I change my workouts every week by changing rep, sets, order, type of exercise, etc.

As for work, I am a registered nurse in the ICU. I work three twelve hour shifts a week, but still find the time to get my eight hours of sleep and eat my 6+ meals a night.

As far as the log goes, I would update it every day. I am pretty religious when it comes to my workouts. I log all my exercises and meals everyday and they would obviously be in my log. I have become succesful in my life and this log would be succesful too wink.gif

If you need any other info just ask. I think that this would be a great opportunity and be an asset to my cut. I have read some of the other logs by Big Ben, Animal and CC and it makes me very excited.

Approximately 2 months ago, I finished a 3 month cut with great results. I changed all my eating and workout habits. I feel this would be a great opportunity to test and log two great products from a reputable company. I would be willing to go above and beyond by logging and answering questions everyday, as I have access to a computer throughout the day at work. Also, I would post before and after pics b/c I think this shows the true progress made.

I am currently 5'10", 190, and around 15% bf. With this cut, I would like to see my abs completely smile.gif My plan is to cut to around 2000 calories daily. I workout M-F after work (5:30). My routine is:
M - Chest
T- Legs
W - Shoulders and Traps
T - Back
F - Bi's and Tri's
I also plan to do cardio 6 days a week with a mixture of hiit and 35-45 min low intensity. I have found the mixture of cardio works best for me.

My current job, is the typical office work with 8-5 hour workday.

I'm still somewhat of a noob here, but with this log hope to get me started in the world of logging and keeping everyone and myself up to date on workouts and progress. If you have anymore questions, let me know. Thanks for the opportunity.

I would love to test these 2 products out. I've used RPM before with great results but i've yet to try Neovar. I've been cutting for the past 3 weeks and will continue to do so until I reach my goal (10% bodyfat). Here is some information about me:

Age: 23
Height: 6'1
Weight: 210
Bodyfat: 13%

Training Regimen:

I am currently hitting each muscle group just once per week. I used to hit everything twice, but I like spending a good amount of time on a specific bodyfat.

Mon- Chest/Abs
Tue- Back/Cardio
Wed- Legs
Thu- Sho/Abs
Fri- ARMS/Cardio

I am currently doing cardio just twice per week. I jog between 2-3 miles post-workout. I am going to be trying HIIT cardio here soon as well.

Diet:

I am trying to keep my calories in the 2300-2500 range. I've lost around 2 pounds a week since I started my cut, and I think my diet is the main reason. I like to keep my protein intake at 250+, carbs are only taken in the morning and post-workout, and I take in around 60g of healthy fat's daily.

Why pick me?

I feel that RPM and Neovar would really help my cut. They've both gotten great reviews and I will be able to reach my goals much quicker when using these 2 products. I will keep a detailed log and update daily!

I was beginning to think that I was the only one cutting. I thought more people would be doing it considering the time of the year. I keep reading about Neovar and get more and more excited everyday about the possibility of stacking it with RPM. (6% bodyfat here I come smile.gif ) Hopefully

For anyone not chosen.... keep your eyes peeled. The forum members here at BN.com that I have chosen thus far have proven to be trustworthy and definitely are making efforts to keep their logs up and going.
This means good things to other forum members..... it means I'm going to continue to offer logs!!!!!! Look for additional opportunities within a month wink.gif
