I'm fairly new to the supplement thing butI am wondering when do you start to take yoyr anti-estrogens.I'm not sure if I should take them at the end or during.I have all my supplies I think.I have something that will make me gain weight and An anti-etrogen that will keep me from turning into a chick(yikes)Is their something else I should take two.

The stronger and bigger I get, never seems to be enough.

Start PCT with an anti-estrogen right after your last dose of your cycle, and if you want, take formestane while you are on your cycle to prevent gyno.
