Lets have all the power lifters stop fighting so we can make this a productive discussion.

Younggunz, please answer movin weights questions and not pay attention to the powerlifters because some of us are interested in what you have to say. The results speak for themselves. Look at his pictures. I would rather take advice from someone who looks like that. Just my opinion.

Kevin, I'm not the one that started the arguement and I'm not totally against HIT in fact go to that website I posted. There are a lot of articles there that can help answer a lot of questions straight from the source.

In fact there's plenty of resources out there and plenty of variations on HIT.

Jason, I didn't mean to offend you if I did and I did not mean that you started the argument. I have respect for how far you have come. I have followed your journal. I was just wanting younggunz to answer movins questions.

He should but he should also give some good resources because he already said he has limited time.

Also, want to say sorry to younggunz. I totally didn't mean to disrespect you either. You have done a great job with your physique and I'm sure you'll keep improving.

Those are the HIT principles. Get in, hit it hard, and get the hell out. Not a big fan myself but have tried many different approaches to it from time to time and it was great for a change up to my routine.

I agree with Jason. You also look very lean right now, just keep smashing those weights.
