The problem with doing that is it takes away the appearance of a smaller waist, which is a great thing to have. but on the ab and thigh it is important.

Going good, doing the keto diet since I only have 5.5 weeks out from the Contra Costa, and 7.5 weeks out from the California state. Going to pick thins up BIG time when I am 4 weeks out from the CC. Stay tuned for pics, but I am going to wait probably 2-3 weeks to bust them out.

Also, what is that little mass under your pec (visible under your right pec) in the first few pics? I've got kinda the same thing, but I just thought it was a buildup of chicken skin and beer.

Yea man I'm in Norcal. That is just a muslce btw lol. Can't help how you grow just gotta live with it. My left delt also has a HUGE muslce lump on it that my right doesn't have. Whatever though, can't be perfect.
