JK...I don't know who I'd bring in, but asking "who else?" like Willie's our only possible option here is silly. I know it's not him who's giving up bombs in middle relief, but someone needs to be held accountable, and it's like the old saying goes..."can't fire the players".

I don't think if you brought Casey Stengel back from the dead it would make a difference.

I hear ya...it's only April still. Disturbing for a team with such talent to only be .500 though. Middle relief has been absolutely brutal. Starters have been solid...Wagner's lights-out as usual, but we've got no one reliable to get from starter to closer. The only ones I'd like to see stick around are Sanchez, Feliciano and Smith. The rest of em...they can bounce for all I care at this point. Hopefully I'm just being an impatient NY fan and they'll come around.

Yeah that and their offense is so inconsistent. You can expect them to lose against Zambrano. That guy has great stuff.

Delgado, Beltran haven't done anything.

Fuckin umpire got DRILLED in the jaw by a Brad Penny fastball. Knocked unconscious for awhile and taken to the hospital.

6 runs on 12 hits for the Mets today...much needed W over the Bravos. Another solid 9th for Wagner.

2HR for Delgado...bout time he did somethin to justify his roster spot. Hope he keeps it up.
