Hey guys, I've been working out for about 8 years but i've never really been a gym rat. As of 7 months ago I've fallen in love with bodybuilding. I've learned a lot and have so much more to learn and I'm eagerly awaiting the lessons. I had a pretty shitty base to start off with, my body fat has always been pretty high and I'm a hard gainer on top of that which kind of doesn't make sense. Anyhow here go the pics. I'm not at a point where I'm proud of my body yet, but I can say that at least I know I'm moving forward.

That was me this july that just passed. I got serious about lifting in August.

That was me in Dec, I did a three week Sdrol cycle in September.

I took that one at the end of January after a 3 week Sdrol and Havoc

Today. It's been a month after pct from my last sdrol cycle and I've put on a few more pounds. I still have a long way to go. I'm thinking of doing my first real cycle in March. I have to see we're I'm at then. My diet is finally up to par. And my training has been solid. I think I've made more composition changes in the month following the Sdrol than when I was actually on it so I don't think I'll do another PH cycle ever again. I started out at 165 in August and I'm at a stable 180 now. I would like another ten pounds of muscle and to be at about 10% body fat within the next year.

I want to thank everyone on this forum, you guys have been great, thanks for answering my questions and being patient with me, Thanks for making me laugh time and time again, I wouldn't have accomplished half of my progress without this forum and muscle and fitness. Oh and in particular I want to thank TypeRob whom I've pestered too many times now. laugh.gif

Skinny people doing 'roids. rolleyes.gif

You have progressed quite nicely. But, fankly, you should lay off the 'roids. And, superdrol is a steroid, not a pro-hormone.

Thanks guys smile.gif , and I do feel like I'm jumping the gun with the juice. You know how it is though, I feel like I've been training so hard day in and day out and it's hard to keep in perspective the fact that my training and diet has only been solid for about 7 months. I feel like I've put so much hard work into it already and I should be further along. I know this isn't true, I know that it takes years to build a physique to be proud of, I know eventually I'll be there, It's just that when I look in the mirror I don't see my progress, I see more work to be done, and I would like to get it done sooner rather than later.

I know what you mean about wanting results faster... we all want immediate results. But, the body just doesn't naturally work that way. Even if diet and training are 'perfect', it will still take quite a while to get the 'jacked' look. Hell, I get jealous as hell when I see someone blow up when they get on the sauce. F' YOU VAP!! smile.gif

But, it's not just about big muscles... you must also worry about the supporting structure... tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, etc. Those must also adapt. When you start putting on mass at an accelerated rate using androgens, these things may not develop as fast and you can look forward to possible injury. This is why I think iit is important for people to have a good natural base before jumping on the 'roids.

Lol! sorry sad.gif I agree though even if that makes me a hypocrite. Lets say for a second that I did NOT want to compete at a pro level in the future, I would bet that I would have been more patient, not saying I would be natural though laugh.gif . But I know I have somewhat limited time on what I need to accomplish with my physique if I ever want to become a top tier bodybuilder (someday hopefully..) and pick up a good sponsor etc.

But remember, you only have one body... take care of it.

Stick with creatine and protien for a while, in 7 months even without sd or gear you would have been close to the same point. My initial 25, 30 pounds came quick as shit. Creatine will help you get results, i havent done any ph's in the past 6 months and i have put on a solid 25lbs and im pretty much back to the shape i was in before i had cancer and all ive been using as a constant is 6 star creatine. You have done a great job on ur self but if you keep making those mass gains with ph/aas then your going to start getting some joint pain, cuz the rest of your body isnt gaining as fast as your muscles are. Good luck, and great job.

IIRC, you had a pretty good base to start with. And, as you said, you may be doing this for a living.

lookin good bro, you can obviously tell the progress youve made. arms, chest and shoulders all look much bigger. cant tell about back or legs though.

how old are you by the way? if you think youre ready for AAS then by all means go for it. but just remember once you come over to the darkside theres no turning back. youll never wanna be off cycle once youre on.

i started early too, maybe not as early as some people (vap)
oh and vap is definitely a bad influence, hes inspired several people on this forum to run AAS including myself tongue.gif

if you decide on running that cycle, good luck. if you got any other questions for me bro dont hesitate to PM me. not a problem at all.

Thanks again guys. laugh.gif I can't believe how much positive feedback and encouragement I've gotten from this forum over the past few months. I just wish I had been as dedicated and as informed as I am now , years ago. Oh and in response to your question TypeRob, I'm 25. Oh and Downtown, about the creatine, I recently switched to monohydrate, I used to use ethyl ester from BN, I opted to go cheaper and I think it's working better than the old stuff I used to take. I almost feel as jacked as when I was taking Superdrol. Then again my diet has come a long way so that's probably definitely and influence too. Anyhow thanks guys. biggrin.gif I've only been on this forum a few months but I definitely know that I'll be a regular around these parts for years to come.

When I improved my diet, I made better gains than when I ran S1+ (on a less than stellar diet).

Diet is THE toughest thing about bodybuilding, hands down. I used to try to 'out-train' my shitty diet. That approach left me pretty stagnant.

Now, with a much improved diet, I don't even do cardio and have been recomping very nicely. I'm down to ~225 from 240.

Here's an update. I took these this week.

I've been trying to drop my bodyfat a little bit. I'm pretty happy with the results. I think with my diet (cycling carbs, 5 days very low 2 days normal) I should have a six pack in a few weeks. I'm going to do a very lean bulk for a month or two after that. Nothing crazy, just going to introduce more carbs back into my diet and eat more on my training days.

Taken on 03/20/08

No, maybe I can't win. Maybe the only thing I can do is just take everything he's got. But to beat me, he's going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he's got to be willing to die himself. I don't know if he's ready to do that. I don't know.
