yeah, thats waht I had. sinus infection and bronchitis... felt like total shit. felt so bad tha i called off work. that never happens... and my buddy called me that day and said, "i'm at the arnold expo, you should come down." and I felt so bad that i said no. which should be an indication of how bad I felt.

6'3: 242 lbs. 14% bf.
Deadlift 495, rack deadlifts 585 x 2
Squat 385 x 6
Someone asks you "how much you bench...?"
My answer: enough...

I suffer regular seasonal allergies. If they get to the point where I can't lift the same amount, I'll call it quits for a few days. Great opportunity to garnish a full body recovery.

I went to the gym sick many times, mostly i still workout at my house though i have a good setup

I try not to train when I get sick.. Like right now, I just got sick with a bad cold yesterday and won't be training for a few days, nor doing my krav maga classes.. y? because sometimes its better to take care of yourself so you can get better quicker!!
