| Well I will be getting my gear any day now, so going to go ahead and start a log. Ill get some before pics this weekend or something. Im running test p weeks 1-3 100mg EOD then weeks 15-16 before PCT test-e 500mg weeks 1-14 EQ 400mg weeks 1-13 winny weeks 10-16 also will be running a-dex .5mg EOD to reduce bloat reg pct My current stats atm is 20 years old, 162ish pounds. No measurements but max bench is around 220,squat is 310, not sure on DL. Just want to put on some quality muscle and hopefully get up to around 175-180...maybe more. I compete in grappling so im in the gym about 6 days a week. 2/21/08 3mile run in 26min. Squats 8 x 120 8 x 180 8 x 200 5 x 220 3x 300 db curls 10x 35 8 x 40 6 x 50 preacher curl 6 x 70 bench press 14 x 120 10 x 170 4 x 190 incline bench 3 sets of 230 on incline bench machine thing abs I do tons of leg raises/keep legs 6 inches off ground while doing leg in circle motions etc bunch of shit. then I did chinups till failure |

| Please dont flame, not turning this into a flame war. I have my desires and reasons, and those def are not beginner stats. Since when is squatting double your weight bad..? Im 5'6 Ive done sports/trained for 14 years of my life, and Im a beginner? Gaining weight and lifting bigger numbers isnt the only reason im doing a cycle either. |

My test has always been low, and im done growing. So exactly why am I to young to do a cycle? On top of that ill be doing blood work weekly because I work in a lab. on 10-4-07 it was 289 on 11-2-07 my total testostrone was 257 Yes I have so much testosterone floating in my body right guys? |

Yes.... I have wrestled all my life. I played pee-wee football in 1993. Then in kindergarden I went to a private school and wrestled ever since. I was on a state champ team my senior year and made it pretty far myself. |

Yeah basically, over 21 atleast by most people. but the only thing to worry about really is the closing of your growth plates, or already having enough testosterone flowing in your body. My test levels have always been on the low/very low side and Im def done growing. |

No offense, but those stats are beginner man. Not trying to flame, just telling it how it is. I lifted for 9 years (high school and college) before I really took up the bodybuilding lifestyle. Went from 125 to 175 but had no clue still. Squatted 315 for reps and benched 225 for reps, but that is really nothing in the scheme. Heck, I'm still learning and still growing. You pounding 3500+ cals every day with adequate nutrients? |

Ok I should have refraised myself, Im not using AAS for strength and weight gains alone, im not looking to add 50 pounds to my bench. I compete in grappling....im looking for faster recovery times and pure strength plus everything else. You do shows for a living, your goals are the complete oppisite of mine. And again, those are far from beginner stats for someone that is 160,im looking for more strength per pound,because I will have to cut after this. |

| Sorry for not keeping up with it was busy this weekend. Anyways my goods are in. All of it was in, although I did not work out, I got my first shot over with today. Since I have so much extra test-p Im just going to do 100mg today and tommorrow, then start my normal cycle. My first shot of 100mg of test-p went awesome, barely felt a thing. |

| Well did 2nd shot today. Hurt a little more then first. Will be doing my eq,test e tommorrow. Todays workout was pretty good. Ran a mile at 8.5 MPH 3 sets of 11 pullups 6 sets of DL, up to 315 3 sets of bench press 2 sets of db bench press 1 set of incline bench press abs 3, 3 minute rounds of working the bag at 100% ate pretty good day, prob around 350g of protein. with moderate carbs. |

| been gettin in syringe with 18g, then injecting with 23g 1 inchers. If tmr goes as good as today and yesterday, then im gonna be fine with the injects. |

| be careful drawing with the 18g. a needle that big tends to eat up the rubber stopper on the vials leaving little rubber pieces floating around. you def dont wanna inject a piece of rubber so keep ur eyes open.... |

| Alright workout today, also did my 1ml of test-p,test-e,and eq today. Went very smooth and the injections really never hurt, it just gets real soar the next day. nothing that will keep me from jogging or walking or anything like that though. 1.5 miles at 8-8.5mph damn forgot what i did today... pulldowns 3 sets pullups 3 sets with 20pound weight BB bent rows 3 sets abs 200pushups in sets of 50 shrugs 3 sets About all I can remember. My blood test is running atm, should be done in an hour or so. |

| My AST was out of the normal range 44 U/L. My alt was fine, and everything else is fine so far with my chol being 165 w00t. But my WBC was 15,000 which is pretty high thinking its from the cold I have. Still waiting on my test,fsh,lh etc. |

| Wow, ive been remodeling my garage into a room with my friend, and we are finishing up and had the dump drop one of those bigass things off at my house a couple weeks ago. Well they came to pick it up this morning....at 6 oclock, and ofcourse my car was in the way. Needless to say that didnt start my morning off to good but did my 100mg of test-p and went to workout. 4 sets of pullups(1 warmup rest 20pound weight) smith bench press 135 x 15 185 10 230 x 8 incline bench press 250 x 12 squats 135 x 15 185 x 12 205 x 10 235 x 8 275 x 6 abs db curls 35 x 15 40 x 10 45 x 8 50 x 6 then did 200pushups in sets of 50 will be doing cardio tonight. |

| Not everyone has the same goals. He is not lifting to get stronger. Plus, I know some people who are strong as hell but refuse to bench anything over 200 without a spotter, even warming up. Anyway, hows the cycle going Dayday? |

My legs are alright, not the biggest ever but decent size and all muscle. MY chest looks pretty bad in that pic, def doesnt do it justice, ill get some more pics up later tonight. I pinned 100mg of test-p yesterday into my right delt, and it went smooth as hell. Well later on during the day the pain kept increasing to where it almost got unbarable last night. I took some alieve and sleeping pills and went to sleep. it was also swolen pretty bad. anyways I woke up this morning and the swelling/hotness is gone down tons, and pain feels alot better. Hoping I just iritated something. edit: also most of the time you can see my abs slightly, im guessing i just ate before i took that pic. |

| Its my daughters first birthday this weekend and whole family is coming up, plus building the room. I got the grappling tournament coming up this weekend, strength is thru the roof and just pinning mon/thursday now since im done with prop till last weeks. Also up to 172 pounds, will be coming right into max weight for the tournament |

| damn reading through this log i was pretty disappointed at some shit people said. not everyone is a powerlifter or wants to be huge necessarily. there are athletic reasons to work out, and people like me who lift lighter on purpose because they have a certain idea of what they want to sculpt their bodies into, which happens to be different than the archetype bodybuilder. some dudes need to chill out with the elitism. everybody has something to learn, right? anyway gj gaining so much day. |
