I also forgot to state something, I do everything till failure for muscle endurance. So again, im guessing you guys dont go till failure.

My legs are alright, not the biggest ever but decent size and all muscle. MY chest looks pretty bad in that pic, def doesnt do it justice, ill get some more pics up later tonight. I pinned 100mg of test-p yesterday into my right delt, and it went smooth as hell. Well later on during the day the pain kept increasing to where it almost got unbarable last night. I took some alieve and sleeping pills and went to sleep. it was also swolen pretty bad. anyways I woke up this morning and the swelling/hotness is gone down tons, and pain feels alot better. Hoping I just iritated something. edit: also most of the time you can see my abs slightly, im guessing i just ate before i took that pic.

like I said bro, you're my fucking hero. I'm hella impressed that you bench 315+ without a spotter...and the pics you post in every thread make you look super jacked. Definitely PM me your workout plan cause I want to be as jacked and as ripped as you. It only took you 1.5 years to look like that? Damn dude, I've been training for like...a long time and I don't look like you do. In fact, my haircut doesn't even look as good as the back of yours...plus my chest is hairy. You gotta share your tips and tricks.
