 Sorry for not keeping up with it was busy this weekend. Anyways my goods are in. All of it was in, although I did not work out, I got my first shot over with today. Since I have so much extra test-p Im just going to do 100mg today and tommorrow, then start my normal cycle. My first shot of 100mg of test-p went awesome, barely felt a thing.

 Well did 2nd shot today. Hurt a little more then first. Will be doing my eq,test e tommorrow. Todays workout was pretty good. Ran a mile at 8.5 MPH 3 sets of 11 pullups 6 sets of DL, up to 315 3 sets of bench press 2 sets of db bench press 1 set of incline bench press abs 3, 3 minute rounds of working the bag at 100% ate pretty good day, prob around 350g of protein. with moderate carbs.

 Alright workout today, also did my 1ml of test-p,test-e,and eq today. Went very smooth and the injections really never hurt, it just gets real soar the next day. nothing that will keep me from jogging or walking or anything like that though. 1.5 miles at 8-8.5mph damn forgot what i did today... pulldowns 3 sets pullups 3 sets with 20pound weight BB bent rows 3 sets abs 200pushups in sets of 50 shrugs 3 sets About all I can remember. My blood test is running atm, should be done in an hour or so.

 Wow, ive been remodeling my garage into a room with my friend, and we are finishing up and had the dump drop one of those bigass things off at my house a couple weeks ago. Well they came to pick it up this morning....at 6 oclock, and ofcourse my car was in the way. Needless to say that didnt start my morning off to good but did my 100mg of test-p and went to workout. 4 sets of pullups(1 warmup rest 20pound weight) smith bench press 135 x 15 185 10 230 x 8 incline bench press 250 x 12 squats 135 x 15 185 x 12 205 x 10 235 x 8 275 x 6 abs db curls 35 x 15 40 x 10 45 x 8 50 x 6 then did 200pushups in sets of 50 will be doing cardio tonight.

Also when you have no spotter and you are going big, you would be a fucking retard to do it free weight.
