| First off, I would like to thank Vitruvian for this great opportunity. I received my bottle of RPM the other day and will be logging it until my bottle runs out RPM – A Breakthrough Pre-Workout formula in a class by itself: the world’s first Anabolic-Cognitive Energy System Enhancer (A-CESE): (Anabolic + Cognitive Psy-Stimulant) RPM delivers: : Explosive energy without the jitters : Intense mental focus : Measurable strength increases : Unparalleled pumps : Suppressed estrogen : Increased testosterone : Thermogenic fat metabolization RPM mimics the mechanisms and effects of experimental pharmaceutical-grade compounds called SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) which are being touted as a future class of drugs that will effectively replace traditional anabolic preparations due to their absence of negative side-effects. -All of this is accomplished using 100% safe herbal preparations in its ingredient profile. -Results are noticed from the very first dose, plus RPM provides positive cumulative effects with continued use. |

| DAY 1 I've tried RPM in the past, but haven't used it recently. I remeber going through 2 bottles and seeing the effects wear off quickly. The problem was, I started out taking too many and kept increasing the dosage too often. Im going to be starting with 3 and increasing by the week (if needed) Dosage: 3 caps 45 minutes pre-workout Workout: Back/Bi's (light) + Cardio Front Pulldowns: 160x12, 170x12, 180x10 Seated Rows: 160x12, 180x12, 200x11 Underhand Pulldowns: 180x12, 200x12, 220x10 Deadlifts: 225x12, 275x10, 315x8 Alternating DB Curls: 40x12, 45x10, 45x10 One-Arm Preacher: 30x12, 35x10, 35x8 Incline DB Curls: 30x12, 35x10, 35x10 Overview: First off, I haven't had a workout like this in forever. I had crazy energy and the pump was ridiculous. My bicep vein was actually breaking the skin (never has), and my forearms were hurting because they were so pumped. My intensity was definitely up today, and my reps were up on a few exercises. Hopefully i can increase my strength while being on a cut In fact, I kind of looked like this today (well not really) |

My arms/chest/back have zero fat but my stomach looks flabby DAY 2 Dosage: 3 caps, 45 minutes pre-workout Workout: Sho/Legs DB Sho Press: 70x8, 75x8, 80x6 Upright Rows: 90x12, 100x10, 110x8 Bent-Over Laterals: 25x12, 30x12, 35x12 Front Raises: Down the rack (45, 40, 35, 30) Leg Ext: 3x12 Squats: 225x12, 275x8, 315x5 Leg Press: 3x20 (5 plates each side) Straight-Leg Deadlifts: 135x12, 185x10, 225x8 Overview: I ended up having a pretty damn good workout today. | DAY 3 Dosage: 3 caps, 1 hour pre-workout Workout: Chest/Tri's/Abs DB Bench Press: 70x12, 75x12, 80x10 Incline DB Press: 70x12, 75x12, 80x10 Incline Flyes: 40x12, 45x12, 50x10 Skullcrushers: 80x12, 90x12, 100x8 Rope Pushdowns: 3x10 (4 seconds under tension for each rep) Reverse-grip Pushdowns: 3x12 (4 seconds under tension for each rep) Cable Crunches: 4x12 Overview: I decided to experiment with the dosage today. Rather than taking it 45 minutes pre-workout, I took it 1 hour before. I had a great workout, but will be sticking with 30-45 minutes pre-workout from here on out. My energy didn't last throughout the entire workout, but I still had a crazy pump and my strength was up a tad bit. My chest still feels pumped and it's been about 2 hours since I last worked out |

I've been on an antibiotic for like 3 days and am starting to feel better. Thursday's workout was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary (due to my cold). I was able to do cardio afterwards for 20 minutes and felt pretty good. Today's workout on the other hand, was intense. I made a new playlist on my Ipod and felt jacked throughout my whole workout. I was able to get 2 extra reps on DB press and go up 10 pounds on upright rows |

The intensity/energy was incredible and my enduance was much greater than normal. Although 6 caps was amazing, i'll probably stick to 4. The difference was noticeable, but not enough for me to stay at 6. I hit a new PR on squats and was able to get a couple extra reps on a few exercises. |

Im going to try and hit some PR's this week so stay tuned! |

| Wasn't able to workout yesterday due to work, but I hit it today! Tomoroww will be a max squat day, so stay tuned fellas! |

| My bottle is getting smaller and smaller by the day DAY 15 Dosage: 4 caps, 1 hour pre-workout Training: Chest/Tri's/Abs Flat Barbell: 225x12, 245x8, 245x8 Incline Barbell: 135x12, 175x10, 185x8 Incline Flyes: 40x12, 50x12, 60x10 Skullcrushers: 90x12, 100x10, 105x8 Weighted Dips: 3x6 Straight-Bar Pushdowns: 3x12 Reverse crunches: 4x15 Overview: I ended up having to take my RPM 1 hour pre-workout today. The last time I did this my workout wasn't as good, but today was different. I actually had a better workout today then I did all last week. The pumps/energy are still present throughout the entire workout, and my endurance is still going up. I've kept my rest between sets to 30-45 seconds as of recently and im loving it! I got a new PR on weighted dips today (90lbs for 6 reps), which is amazing for me. The first bottle of RPM I went through the effects wore off quick (in about 2 weeks), but it hasn't worn off at all this time. Stay tuned for tomoroww fellas! |

| Couple of questions... 1) How much do you weigh? Im 195 and Im taking 3 caps but I didnt notice much of a pump after the first use. 2) Are you cycling this stuff? My dad was a bodybuilder for years and he saw the bottle and told me I have to cycle it because it has test boosting ingredients and my body will shut down if I dont cycle it. 3) 6 pills one day?!?! NUTS MAN!!! LOL |
| Posted by: ANIMAL333 Mar 25 2008, 07:33 AM |
| Im currently sitting around 220 pounds or so. Try upping your dosage to 4 caps or using RPM not as often. Im going to cycle off of this for a week when im done. It can increase test, but not enough to shut you down. The only reason to cycle is to not build up a tolerance to the stim effects. Yea the 6 pills was an experiment, but I wouldn't recommend it |

|
| Posted by: Vitruvian Mar 25 2008, 08:16 PM | ||||
A lot more than that man..... the technical writeup on our webpage does not lie. The feel effect is not accomplished strictly through stims. Stims do not elicit aggression. cycling.... You can cycle if you'd like, but the test boosting abilities will not "shut you down". RPM has no negative effects on the HPTA axis. If anything, it will help restore alterations caused by anabolic cycles. |

| I haven't had the chance to use RPM or Nevoar the past couple days, but I have been using the Lipo-PM. I've only used it for 2 days, so the leaning out effects haven't been noticed yet. Although, my sleep has been 10x better the past couple nights. I go to sleep much quicker and I don't wake up 2-3 times in the middle of the night like usual. The only problem is, i've woken up feeling groggy the past couple days. It could be due to the fact that I only get 6-7 hours of sleep a night though |
| Posted by: ANIMAL333 Apr 7 2008, 07:43 PM |
| MY NEW STACK RPM Neovar Lipo-PM I will be taking 4 caps of RPM pre-workout as usual, 4 caps of Neovar upon wakening and post-workout, and 3 caps of LipoPM immediately before bed. DAY 1 The Workout: Full Body routine Incline Barbell: 3x10 Bent-Over Barbell Rows: 3x8 Overhead Barbell Presses: 3x6 Barbell Curls: 3x6 Close-Grip Bench: 3x8 Leg Press: 3x15 Cable crunches: 3xfailure Overview: RPM is still giving me crazy energy and pumps and i've been using it for 1 month. I couldn't tell that much of a difference with the Neovar during training, but my muscles have been full since I left the gym. My weight is currently sitting around 215, and im still trying to lose 1-2% bodyfat. I'll give you guys an update tomoroww on how the Lipo-PM worked out for me! |

| DAY 3 The Workout: Full body routine Flat Barbell Bench: 3x8 Upright Row: 3x8 Deadlift: 3x12 Close-Grip Bench: 3x8 High Cable Curl: 3x12 Leg Press: 3x15 Reverse Crunch: 3x10 Overview: Its only been 3 days and I can already tell a difference while using Nevoar. My muscles are more full during and after my workouts, and my endurance/energy is still kicking from the RPM. I was able to keep my rest periods to 30 seconds today, and I went up 5 pounds in Upright Rows As for the training, i've stuck to a full-body routine this week simply because I haven't had time to go daily. My normal routine will start back up on Monday |
| Posted by: Michael218532 Apr 10 2008, 02:37 PM |
| I've almost finished a bottle of Lipo-PM and I'm still up in the air about the leaning effects, the sleep was definitely amazing though, as long as i could get a decent amount of sleep. I would wake up groggy sometimes if i got less than 6 or 7 hours because I was in such a deep sleep still. I'm starting Drive/RPM as soon as it gets in, time to bulk up a bit. |
| Posted by: ANIMAL333 Apr 10 2008, 08:13 PM | ||
The enhanced sleep is definitely a plus. You will not be dissapointed with the RPM/Drive stack UPDATE: I will be adding Clen to the mix tomoroww. I will still be reviewing the Lipo-PM, but the weight loss/leaning effect will most likely be from the Clen |
| Posted by: Wauslee Apr 14 2008, 02:18 PM |
| Animal... are you still using Napalm as well? If so, have you noticed it doing anything for you? |
| Posted by: ANIMAL333 Apr 14 2008, 02:43 PM |
| Sorry for the delay fellas, i've been busy as hell lately. Wauslee, I just finished my first bottle of Napalm. It helped tighten my midsection and my stomach looks 10x better. I used 3 pumps, twice per day for a total of 3.5 weeks. I wouldn't suggest using it if your over 14-15% bodyfat though Workout: Full Body Flat Bench DB: 3x12 Standing Overhead Barbell: 3x6 Deadlift: 3x8 Barbell Curls: 3x8 Weighted Dips: 3x6 Squats: 3x6 Cable crunches: 3xfailure Overview: The Neovar has been working out pretty good for me. I've noticed increased muscle fullness throughout the day and during my workout. My strength hasn't gone up all that much, but im keeping my rest periods to 30-45 seconds so im not expecting it to. Im going more for endurance/hypertrophy than strength right now. The RPM is still kicking full throttle. I was sweating like a mofo during my workout and I had the energy to go 100% on every single set. As for the LipoPM, I am loving the deep sleep. I don't fall asleep any quicker than usual but once I do, I sleep like a baby. I can't really comment on the leaning effects because i've been using Napalm and just started using Clen. I'll give another update on Wednesday. Im gonna start back with my normal routine, rather than full-body. It'll look a little somethin like this: Mon- Chest/Tri's Tue- Back/Bi's Wed- Sho/Legs Thu- Chest/Tri's Fri- Back/Bi's |

| hows the clen working out for ya? |
| Posted by: ANIMAL333 Apr 28 2008, 10:49 AM | ||
I ended up having to drop it due to a new medication. I also had to drop the RPM for the time being I've still been using Neovar twice a day (morning and pre-workout) and 3 Lipo PM's before bed. My muscles have a more "full" look and my strength has actually gone up on a couple lifts. I don't have the same intensity without RPM, but the size and strength is still coming |

That song is fucking insane when I listen to it in the gym. When I listen to it, I just feel like beating the shit out of someone.....it's kinda scary but I love it. |
