Sorry I didn't update yesterday, I was busy like none other DAY 6Dosage: 4 caps, 45 minutes pre-workout Workout: Full Body (a switch up ) Incline Barbell Press: 4x8 Standing Overhead Barbell Press: 4x8 Skullcrushers: 4x10 T-Bar Rows: 4x8 Barbell Curls: 4x10 Leg Press: 4x15 Overview: I decided I would switch things up today to see if I like the full body workout style. I stuck with one exercise per bodypart and alternated between each of them. I ended up really liking this style of training. My energy was high throughout and the pump was great. I kept my rest time under 1 minute throughout, and I was sweating like a pig. Im going to search around for some full body routines to try, so if anyone has any suggestions please post em up

I've been on an antibiotic for like 3 days and am starting to feel better. Thursday's workout was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary (due to my cold). I was able to do cardio afterwards for 20 minutes and felt pretty good. Today's workout on the other hand, was intense. I made a new playlist on my Ipod and felt jacked throughout my whole workout. I was able to get 2 extra reps on DB press and go up 10 pounds on upright rows

Thank's man So I decided I would experiment a little today. Rather than taking 4 caps pre-workout, I took 6. I got close to 3 hours of sleep last night and needed the quick boost! Im posting my diet today, so if anyone has suggestions please chime in! DAY 11Dosage: 6 caps, 45 minutes pre-workout Training: Sho/Legs Overhead Shoulder Press: 135x12, 155x10, 175x6 Upright Rows: 90x12, 100x10, 120x8 (+2) Front Raises: 35x12, 40x10, 45x6 Leg Ext: 3x15 Squats: 225x12, 275x8, 315x8 (+2) Leg Press: 3x20 (6 plates each side) Diet:Yes my calories are extremely low. Im trying to shed some bodyfat and keep my carb's as low as possible! Meal 1- 1 cup oats with PB, 1 scoop whey Meal 2- 2 Cans Light Tuna, 20 almondsMeal 3 (post-workout)- 40g WPI, 50g Waxy Maize Meal 4- 8 oz chicken, veggies Meal 5- 1 scoop Casein, PB Overview:Today's workout was the best i've had in a LONG time. The intensity/ energy was incredible and my enduance was much greater than normal. Although 6 caps was amazing, i'll probably stick to 4. The difference was noticeable, but not enough for me to stay at 6. I hit a new PR on squats and was able to get a couple extra reps on a few exercises.

DAY 12Dosage: 4 caps, 45 minutes pre-workout Workout: Chest/Tri's/Abs Flat DB Bench: 75x10, 80x10, 90x6 Incline Barbell: 135x12, 155x8, 185x8 Incline Flyes: 40x12, 50x12, 60x8 Skullcrushers: 90x12, 100x10, 110x6 Hammer Strength Dips: 3x5 Reverse-Grip Pulldowns: 3x12 Cable crunches: 4x15 Overview:After taking over a week off it felt good to hit the weights again. I came in fresh and actually went up in weight on a few exercises. The energy/ endurance effect from RPM was still amazing, and has yet to decrease in effectiveness. Im going to try and hit some PR's this week so stay tuned!

My bottle is getting smaller and smaller by the day I had a great workout yesterday (Sho/Legs) but didn't bring my workout log with me. I hit a new PR on Military Presses and had a crazy pump in my legs throughout the entire workout. DAY 15Dosage: 4 caps, 1 hour pre-workout Training: Chest/Tri's/Abs Flat Barbell: 225x12, 245x8, 245x8 Incline Barbell: 135x12, 175x10, 185x8 Incline Flyes: 40x12, 50x12, 60x10 Skullcrushers: 90x12, 100x10, 105x8 Weighted Dips: 3x6 Straight-Bar Pushdowns: 3x12 Reverse crunches: 4x15 Overview:I ended up having to take my RPM 1 hour pre-workout today. The last time I did this my workout wasn't as good, but today was different. I actually had a better workout today then I did all last week. The pumps/ energy are still present throughout the entire workout, and my endurance is still going up. I've kept my rest between sets to 30-45 seconds as of recently and im loving it! I got a new PR on weighted dips today (90lbs for 6 reps), which is amazing for me. The first bottle of RPM I went through the effects wore off quick (in about 2 weeks), but it hasn't worn off at all this time. Stay tuned for tomoroww fellas!

Couple of questions... 1) How much do you weigh? Im 195 and Im taking 3 caps but I didnt notice much of a pump after the first use. 2) Are you cycling this stuff? My dad was a bodybuilder for years and he saw the bottle and told me I have to cycle it because it has test boosting ingredients and my body will shut down if I dont cycle it. 3) 6 pills one day?!?! NUTS MAN!!! LOL
I'm genetically gifted, and I work HARD??? It's TOO GOOD to be TRUE!!!
CURRENT STATS:
Weight: 195
BENCH MAX: 410 SQUAT MAX: 500 CLEAN MAX: 360

 | QUOTE (ANIMAL333 @ Mar 25 2008, 07:33 AM) | Im currently sitting around 220 pounds or so. Try upping your dosage to 4 caps or using RPM not as often. Im going to cycle off of this for a week when im done. It can increase test, but not enough to shut you down. The only reason to cycle is to not build up a tolerance to the stim effects. Yea the 6 pills was an experiment, but I wouldn't recommend it |
So its mainly a preworkout energy/pump/ endurance supp?

A lot more than that man..... the technical writeup on our webpage does not lie. The feel effect is not accomplished strictly through stims. Stims do not elicit aggression. cycling.... You can cycle if you'd like, but the test boosting abilities will not "shut you down". RPM has no negative effects on the HPTA axis. If anything, it will help restore alterations caused by anabolic cycles.
