First off, I would like to thank Vitruvian for this great opportunity. I received my bottle of RPM the other day and will be logging it until my bottle runs out cool.gif Here is some quick background info on RPM

RPM – A Breakthrough Pre-Workout formula in a class by itself: the world’s first Anabolic-Cognitive Energy System Enhancer (A-CESE): (Anabolic + Cognitive Psy-Stimulant)

RPM delivers:
: Explosive energy without the jitters
: Intense mental focus
: Measurable strength increases
: Unparalleled pumps
: Suppressed estrogen
: Increased testosterone
: Thermogenic fat metabolization

RPM mimics the mechanisms and effects of experimental pharmaceutical-grade compounds called SARMs (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators) which are being touted as a future class of drugs that will effectively replace traditional anabolic preparations due to their absence of negative side-effects.

-All of this is accomplished using 100% safe herbal preparations in its ingredient profile.

-Results are noticed from the very first dose, plus RPM provides positive cumulative effects with continued use.

DAY 1

I've tried RPM in the past, but haven't used it recently. I remeber going through 2 bottles and seeing the effects wear off quickly. The problem was, I started out taking too many and kept increasing the dosage too often. Im going to be starting with 3 and increasing by the week (if needed)

Dosage: 3 caps 45 minutes pre-workout

Workout: Back/Bi's (light) + Cardio

Front Pulldowns: 160x12, 170x12, 180x10
Seated Rows: 160x12, 180x12, 200x11
Underhand Pulldowns: 180x12, 200x12, 220x10
Deadlifts: 225x12, 275x10, 315x8
Alternating DB Curls: 40x12, 45x10, 45x10
One-Arm Preacher: 30x12, 35x10, 35x8
Incline DB Curls: 30x12, 35x10, 35x10

Overview:
First off, I haven't had a workout like this in forever. I had crazy energy and the pump was ridiculous. My bicep vein was actually breaking the skin (never has), and my forearms were hurting because they were so pumped. My intensity was definitely up today, and my reps were up on a few exercises. Hopefully i can increase my strength while being on a cut ohmy.gif

In fact, I kind of looked like this today (well not really)

DAY 3

Dosage: 3 caps, 1 hour pre-workout

Workout: Chest/Tri's/Abs

DB Bench Press: 70x12, 75x12, 80x10
Incline DB Press: 70x12, 75x12, 80x10
Incline Flyes: 40x12, 45x12, 50x10
Skullcrushers: 80x12, 90x12, 100x8
Rope Pushdowns: 3x10 (4 seconds under tension for each rep)
Reverse-grip Pushdowns: 3x12 (4 seconds under tension for each rep)
Cable Crunches: 4x12

Overview:
I decided to experiment with the dosage today. Rather than taking it 45 minutes pre-workout, I took it 1 hour before. I had a great workout, but will be sticking with 30-45 minutes pre-workout from here on out. My energy didn't last throughout the entire workout, but I still had a crazy pump and my strength was up a tad bit. My chest still feels pumped and it's been about 2 hours since I last worked out ohmy.gif
