this is my breakfast.

1 cup eggwhites & 2 whole eggs scrambled, 4 'better than bacon' grill strips, hash brown potatoes, a grapfruit, 2 slices sourdough bread w. caraway seeds...and a 2 scoop serving of on vanilla whey (with skim milk)
