Training for Wed's included nothing but calisthenics.6 sets of pull-ups 3 sets underhand (15,10,10)

I Really started carb loading and i think its making a difference. I cant recall in recent history making that many pushes in a day....

Took some flicks, basically 5-6 lbs heavier than i was when i started. I know, I really need to work on poses...shit looks awkward.
