good job on the progress you have made thus far. I can only agree that your lower chest and lats need some work. But man you have a better looking body then anyone on this site to be honest with you. Definately looking lean and vascular. How much time are you taking off til your next cycle?

Besides what you mentioned I would put some extra emphasis on your tri's and rear delts. Your biceps are huge and making your tri's look like marcus ruhls lol. Everything else looks good man, staying lean and putting on mass, nice work. Can't wait to get on sad.gif

lmfao. he does have some shitty tri's for his size. but werd bro, you're absolutely right. I noticed this problem with my tri's.

so i was trying to hammer them with a lot of compounds. Maybe i should alternate from heavy compounds to Iso's every other workout. i dunno what else to do but change routines at this point.

What's a good rear delt exercise in your opinion? Im thinking seated bent over lateral raises with dumbs' or behind the neck military presses with the BB.

I been doing behind the head military lately, its rough on the shoulders and I have to cut the weight way back but I think it stresses the rear delt more. And yeah, bent over lateral raises hit it too. Can also do that with cables, just gotta be creative. For tri's I like doing dips, close grip bench and skulls mainly. You probably already do all those but those are what make mine burn the next day.

sdf weighs 0.25lbs/inch more than Vaporize

lol movin. no i dont workout. just the stairmaster every now and then.

i'd never compete. for one, im not graceful. i'd probably slip on a puddle of coconut oil and break my femur on stage.

not my thing....in my mind id never make it pro, so why set myself up for failure? not big enough, lean enough, symetrical enough, cant pose for shit, etc etc. thats how i see it.

i didnt start young enough. Like Vap or you, or goodskie.

But, if i started gears at 20 and smashed seriously....i know where id be now. but that boat sailed already imo.

So now its just like arnold said......

my right ones bigger and im left handed i honestly think its from carrying my backpack on my right side throughout my school years

ive lost 4 lbs since i started using the 40 mgs of nolva.

i look leaner but im a lil bummed. thats a chunk of weight. diet is mainly the same, just less carbs. same workout routines and intensity, so i dunno. its hotter and im sweating more during cardio so maybe thats it.

i'd be fucking flabbergasted if it was muscle.
i been under a lot of stress lately so im not sure. gonna drop the nolva down to 20 since my nip pain is gone.


had the illest cheat day on friday. a large pepperoni pizza and some buffalo wings. havent eaten pizza in forever. but i had traveled all day driving from NY to NC and shit, and only ate some power bars and jerky so i needed the cals.

got drunk as fuck on wine and popped plenty of vike's and dropped a few tubes of research Sildenafil last night.

woke up feeling like i had the flu today. still managed to smash some weights in this pussy ass gym down here.

anyway gettin ready to leave tomorrow for vacation. hopefully i wont get pinched with my gears on the plane.

PCT begins on thurs.

What a ride this has been.

ending weight = 204. I gained about 17 lbs and i dont think i gained much fat which is good. probably 3-4 lbs of water & fat.

unsure.gif I feel depressed already, not sure what to expect after being on so long. Hopefully i dont benoit myself. thanks for all the support on my cycle. I appreciate it.
