10 hours of sleep last night feel good and refreshed

woke up w/ little time to spare before class so had a shake and 4 rice cakes

after class cheeseburger and a bag of almonds

gonna pay electric bill and russle up some grub...then do some research for a small paper and hit the gym around 6 ish....then pwo then to the library to type it up....then more food...getting low on food gotta hit up walmart prolly friday

pretty good workout...intense, pretty sweaty, had nice focus while i was in the gym and felt pretty motivated....time to smash some cal s....i havent taken a createn product since summer so i wonder how much the NeoVar will help ...pretty excited

bicepts and traps feel like rocks they are so pumped and forearms are about to explode...now i know what big ben is talking about the NeoVar giving pumps......2morow will be an off 2day....not bad i just went 2 hard days in a row and want to give shoulders a rest before i hit them....also i am swamped with school work so i'll have to wake up early to finish it prolly do a little 2nite along w/ some rainbow 6 and call of duty.....i took 4 rpm's and drank a rock start no carb energy drink before the lift pretty focused and energy but not too much energy like no explode or nano

no fear energy drink w/ 4 rpm's got me real hyped up ....went to the library for 1hr 1/2 for a group project and the energy still lasted.....a lot of energy and real sociable...and was in a good mood ....energy lasted through out my workout and still is going strong

sudgestion to other loggers or rpm to try caffien* with the rpm

went to the doc 2day and he said i have broncitiss which was my guess gave me some anti biotics and told me to take a few days off from the gym...nothing too bad

thanks man....my strength didn't really drop after the weight loss from the sickness so i dunno being over 200 is a good feeling though

focused and worked very efficiently...tough work out...really shaky right now and feel if i drink a chocolate pwo shake that i'll just throw it up...gonna drink a gatorade shower then pwo...good work out though used 4 rpm and an ABB riped force RTD which fired me up...bent over rows was pretty weak but i was dead from dl's and t-bar ...but dead is good i guess

huge pump in the delts 2day.....very focused and energized ...another killer work out...no negative sides from neovar nor rpm to report!!!.....sweating a lot especially for me b/c im not a big time sweater.....these good workouts just make me more excited to work out the next day....feeling really full in the arms 2day so the neovar is really taking over i think ......better pumps out of this stack than from no xplod....nanovapor ...no shotgun...no2 .. from my experiences....

I tried the RPM/DRIVE stack for one day. The intensity and strength was awesome. I also sprayed a MASSIVE load that night. It was like nearly double the amount. It must be from the icaarin. awesome product (stack)

MY FINAL THOUGHTS

I loved the energy and focus from the RPM it made my workout a lot better. I also made me a lot agressive when i was lifting, the pissed off feeling. I loved it. I liked an extra energy boost when I took a few caffeine tabs with the RPM.

The NeoVar gave me hella pumps during the day, in my quads, bis, tris, chest. Seems like randomly for the day i would get a pump in a different muscle...after workouts the certain muscle that I worked that day was a lot harder than usual and pumped. I didn't get any bloat from the product and is the best creatine product I have ever taken. The only downfall from the product is the gas but it was only for a couple days and it wasn't too bad to make me dislike the product or lower the dose

work out days i took 4 rpms and 4 neovars twis a day

off days was 1 rpm and 4 neovars twice aday

I wish i havent gotten sick w/ broncitis for the two weeks where I had to take time off from training. During that time i lost some size really quick...the stack though helped me gain the size back and now i feel a little leaner at the same weight where i was before i got sick.

I like to thank Applied Nutriceuticals for giving me this opportunity to try their products and I look forward to purchasing them in the near future...thanks
