killed it 2day...awesome pumps...up to 200 pounds so getting my
size back from sickness rather quickly and feeling stronger than what i was and feeling a little bit leaner than what i was when i was in the 200's
bad news....mixed tuna w/ hamburger helper and spilt it and got pissed.....damn...and gotta do hw ...then gonna eat natty pb and some wheat bread possibly milk..dunno havent had milk for like 2 weeks
