rear delt raise...(long hold at top of motion)
3 -4 sets


no fear energy drink w/ 4 rpm's got me real hyped up ....went to the library for 1hr 1/2 for a group project and the energy still lasted.....a lot of energy and real sociable...and was in a good mood ....energy lasted through out my workout and still is going strong

sudgestion to other loggers or rpm to try caffien* with the rpm

time to eat....good pump from the hammies to the butt....and quads are about to explode.....need food bad had a 3 hour class then sfw...but i did have chipotle 2day and it was awesome.....slam a probe...the im gonna prolly eat a few birds then go knows what else.....would love to taste a hamburger

two teryaki birds at that...hmmmmhmmm....2morow is off day for sure.....or i may sfw i don't know i know i got a lot of work b/c thursday will be hell day...got 2 papers due 1 test and a job interview fucking blows dick, but i may sfw anyways i dunno...mostly thursday night right after the night class at 9ish

check out my log... iv been having stomach issues myself, and Vitruvian thinks it maybe be one of the compounds in Neovar

let me know if you see any patterns to the stomach discomfort

stomach feels a lot better prolly was intigestion or whatever from all the steak...still don't feel too great but 2day was a sheduled off day anyways and sunday will prolly either sfw or cardio it up

definatley going to get anti biotics 2morow or atleast try work out was shitty 2nite due to sickness gonna take it easy 2morow unless i feel better but i dunno....hunger i waaaaay down too b/c of this ....kinda angry....i dunno if this will go away quickly in a few days or last weeks ...should i keep taking the Neovar...or restart when im better?

went to the doc 2day and he said i have broncitiss which was my guess gave me some anti biotics and told me to take a few days off from the gym...nothing too bad
