| Depends, On cycle estrogen control, Id use E Form. PCT, I would use either transdermal or oral 6 OXO |

| just an update here: i'm currently using both e-form and 6-OXO after a bit of a gyno scare and i must say that the combination seems to be doing me some good. i'm using 60mg (3 sprays) of e-form in the morning and at night and have been tapering down 6-OXO (right now i'm using 2 caps in the morning and at night.) i discovered a *small* lump under my left nipple that i suspected had been there since before i used 4-AD, but since using e-form and 6-OXO together, it seems to be getting even smaller. very happy. so to sum it up: e-form: good for stopping gyno in its beginning stages or during a cycle (especially if there's no way to get your hands on some nolva) 6-OXO: good for recovery after a cycle |

| hmm i bought Norandrodiol Select 300 x 2 and 4derm x 2 for my 1 cycle and i was wondering wht will by better? for PCT 6oxo or e-form or 6oxo and e-form? and what is better on m1t+androdiol forc PCT 6oxo or eform or eferom+6oxo? |
