3/31

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM

Drank a ton of water today, not sure if its just dispertion or what, but RPM is kicking today.

7:30 3 Drive/2 RPM

Started OT at work today so food intake has been kinda messy.

8:30 Workout

So since I'm feeling kind of weak without running OT on low food I'm going for high reps tonite.

Chest:

Flat Bench: 135x15, (225x15)x4
Incline Bench: (185x15)x4
Decline Flys w/ superset Decline Bench: (55DBx10each)x4
Pushups (final lasting pump): 4 sets of 20, 2 flat & 2 legs raised

Time up!

Overall Workout:
High reps = sweet pump, feeling it all over tonite. Walked up stairs and my wife said, "You look all muscley!!!" Haha, exactly what I wanted. The low food today made my muscles feel cramped getting near end of sets. Sucks but pump was awesome. Next week chest will be running at 315.

Pump:
Ridiculous, looked big all over even my traps looked bulged. And with the final pushups my pump lasted forever it seemed.

Sweat:
Good tonite, more reps = more sweat. Shower time post workout!

Great mental clarity tonite, had to cut off at chest to help out my wife with our daughter. She's getting mobile! But with OT at work I really wanted to keep the workout short but push the muscle to the brink which felt great.

4/1

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM

8:00 2 Drive/3 RPM

Switched up dosage to see if I can feel a difference. Was more amped for sure, I actually think I like 3/2 better, as I did feel alittle sick after workout.

Arms/Delts:

Standing DB Curls: Warmup, (55DBx12 each arm)x3
Tricep Rope Extensions: Warmup, (60x12)x3

EZ Bar Curls (outside grip): (85x12)x3
EZ Bar Extensions: (70x12)x3

Ez Bar Curls (inside grip): Same
Skull Crushers: Same

Seated and Standing Shoulder Presses: (55x15)x4
Front Raises: (45lb platex10)x4
1 arm Bent over Laterals w/cable: (20lbsx10)x3

Overall Workout:
Went with the higher rep, ate alittle more today but not enough! Good pump, amped to smash weights. I can tell a difference between 2 RPM and 3 RPM, I do like 3 better but I feel better with the other combo. I may actually get a better pump with 3 DRIVEs, but wanna push more weight with 3 RPMs.

Pump:
Great, arms felt heavy upon finishing workout.

Sweat:
Not too crazy tonite, but the outside temp dipped to 34 degrees today so expected.

Sides:
Alittle upset stomach, and not diarrhea but close after workout.

So another arm workout in the books, gotta get to measuring and take some pics here soon.

Thanks bro, yup running 2 bottles of each. Drive is getting low since I take it everyday 5 or 4 pills were RPM isn't doing too bad since off days I only take 1-2.

4/2

Normal Dosing

Back day

Chins
Underhand Grip Pulldowns
Bent BB Rows
Seated Tri Bar Cable Rows

Shrugs BB
Shrugs Cable

Overall Workout:
Great, pump was good traps looked full as heck. Energy was kicking, strength up a little, more reps.

No sides, good sweat.

4/3

Normal Dosing

Legs

Squats
Front squats
Extensions
Curls

Calve Raises

Overall Workout:
Legs pumped and hot again, weird how they seem to heat up during squats. Must be from the blood rush? Again stronger reps, and a few extra on squats and extensions. Curls are feeling stronger as well.

No sides.

Quick updates not much time to type, OT at work so we are busy big time. Sucks, but the money is decent not sure if its worth my free time though....

Looks and sounds good. Im really hopin to run this after my PCT is done, in an effort to keep as much as I can with the gains off Havoc. See how the funds go though.

4/8

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM

Awake and kicking!!

8:00 2 Drive/3 RPM

9:00 Workout

Chest:

Flat: 135x15, 225x12, 275x10, 315x5, 275x8, 275x8
Inclines: 185x12, 205x10, (225x8)x3
Decline Fly/Press: (55DBx10)x3
Pushups: 3 sets 20

Shoulder Press: (55x15)x3
Front raises
Bent Laterals

Overall Workout:
Feeling good going into the workout, mentally and physically...alittle tired from working OT. But chest was really cramping near the top of the sets, pump was ridiculous but had a burning/cramping sensation....so 315x5's are going to have to wait. Thinking the extra stress of OT is sending out either extra Lactic Acid or just plain wearing me out.

Pump:
Felt great and lasting, loved it even with the aching!

Sweat:
Great was damn near 60 today so the basement was alittle warmer than winter. Still not as good as summer RPM sweats. Those are drenching.

Sides: None from stack, just either from work or maybe not enough water lately.

Can't wait to burn off these OT hours and its only the second week, 3 more weeks to go.....Shit!! Springtime is always nuts, but this year we have a bigger budget so alot of jobs are going out. So stress is way up.

Anyways down to my last days on Drive, RPM is still going decent. Overall I had a great time on this stack as you can tell. Strength is up, muscle fullness and roundness is up. Pumps have been awesome, can almost feel the muscle swelling. Mentally have felt great, come workout time theres no stopping me, recovery is way up in between sets and from day to day. Been having a ton of aggression lately that I've noticed here the past month. Not sure if its work stress or caused by the stack. Either way it helps with workouts!

Overall I'm a big fan of this stack, I think gains are easily made off it. Where as with supps like Creatine/Glutamine/Taurine/even BCAA's you may make gains but not as noticeable and quickly with Drive and RPM. And pumps are great, overall daily fullness feels good too.

4/10

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM

8:00 2 Drive/3 RPM

9:30 Workout:

ARMS

Barbell Curls: 65x15, 95x10, (115x8)x3, 95x10
DB Curls: (55DBx8)x3 supersetted with 25lb plate Concentration Curlsx10
Cable EZ inside Grip: (50lb sledx12)x4

Cable Pressdowns: 50sledx16, 60x12, 70x10, (80x8)x2
Rope Presses: 50x10, (60x8)x3
Behind the head Presses:(75x10)x4

Overall Workout:
Another great one for the books, kicking ass mentality, no cramping hopefully from more water intake. Recovery between sets like a mother, and mindblowing strength and pump.

Pump:
Fucking ridiculous, my inner biceps rested on my chest the whole time, I'd have to bring my elbows back to let my chest come forward!!!! Arms looked thick and full.

Sweat:
Not bad, forehead dripping and back was wet.

Sides:
None, besides a massive pump.

Gotta love bi/tri night, my arms looked so big my delts are going to have to catch up!! Insane, got done and had my wife feel the guns I had going. Even Savannah pointed and touched them!!! LOL!

Pump was awesome, being a later workout I didn't even go as crazy as I could have had I had more time. Good shit!

Got the Arnold line popping out across mid bicep on both arms tonite, sweeet! You can see it in my right arm in my avy but tonite looked sick in both arms.

Wore a tighter long sleeve shirt to work, and have gotten compliments on how thick I look. Yeaaaayeah!!!!

Just keep it in mind, Vitruvian said it bothers some and not others. If you are lucky and it doesn't mess with you dose away brother!!! I made gains with 4 a day, when I should have been taking 6 or 7? Something like that. But it definitely works well, and doesn't seem to let up.

Give it alittle time, and you'll know when it kicks in. You'll pick up some weight that you used to struggle with and it'll get easier, then you'll be using more weight!
