Missed you at the AC Ben!

Terribly sorry to hear about your dog man..... I've been there before and it's one of the hardest things a person has to decide. But all in all, it's the proper and unselfish decision. A dog goes through his life and in the big scheme of things never does anything wrong- Just think.... if a flawed human can get to heaven, every dog has a first class ticket just for being a dog.

Yeah I wanted to go Vitruvian, but figured I should spend the weekend with my wife. That and it snowed like a m-fer here on Friday, then Monday it was almost gone and 51 degrees I washed my truck and my wife's car that day, now today we're covered again and below freezing and my truck is probably caked with salt after the ride to work..... mad.gif

Sounds like it was a great show, and the expo was kicking out the free stuff. That really blows...for me atleast! Next year for sure, Savannah will be almost 2 so I can probably carry her along!

3/4

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM

Wide awake and feeling hot 1 hr after.

7:00 2 Drive/3 RPM

8:00 Ready to kick some ass!

Workout:

Chest

Flat bench: 135x15, 225x12, (275x10)x3, 225x8, 185x10
Inclines: 185x12, 205x10, (225x8)x2
Decline Fly w/Press: Same as before

Decided to call it a nite, I had some shit around the house that needed to be done.
And Arms/shoulders sounded good for tonite, I was happy enough with the flat bench I figured I'd throw down some protein/carbs for repair.

Overall Workout:
I loved it, feeling great going into the workout thanks to RPM smacking me with the boost. Not sure if I've ever done 275x10's, and still got good reps on incline bench. Decline flys felt awesome as well and just added more to my pump!

Pump:
Looked freakin' sweet, one of these nights I'll get Sandy to snap some pics. Usually she's busy with the baby since shes crawling now. But Pump was full and felt amazing. Once I got up to 275, my chest felt awesome and looked it too. And stayed full, I couldn't help but flex after almost every set!

Sweat:
Good, ran the space heater and by inclines I was leaving back marks on the bench.

Sides:
None.

So awesome workout tonite, I'm happy to say the least! biggrin.gif

3/6-7

Missed both nights for workouts, my wife's car took a shit on Wednesday so both nights were spent on working on that thing.

$220 later, its running. Had to replace an alternator and a battery. Chevy Lumina's are the most pain in the ass car I've ever worked on. The engine is turned 90 degrees clockwise, so the alternator is a bitch to the bolts, and the batter is under the window washer fluid resevoir with the terminals right up against the air filter box. Then the piece that holds the battery down was a pain, I can't believe someone designed it that way.

And the thanks I get....I'm on my way to work this morning and happen to see the gas gauge reading 0. mad.gif

Oh well, I'll update on Monday from tonites and Saturdays workouts.

Tonite is going to have to be arms/back, and legs/chest pump tomorrow.

3/7

Worked arms tonite, biceps/triceps back to back and then shoulders.

Pumping up nicely, didn't go too nuts as it was Friday nite, so ran through 3 exercises for each part. Warmer here today, noticed that I sweat more than usual.

Saturday, ran through Back and Legs.

Sunday: 225x18, from off topic thread just wanted to walk down and see what I could get just without any notice. Chest was pumped pretty good after this and it was a few hours after my weekend Drive.

Again nice pumps and energy, nothing too special with weights for Fri/Sat. Kind of a pump workout.

Both days great workouts, but being the weekend I was rushed so more of pumping movements and not strength.

3/10

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM = Woke up and working my ass off!

8:00 2 Drive/3RPM

9:00 Workout

Chest
Flat bench: 135x15, 225x12, (275x10)x3, 315x4
Inclines: 185x14, 205x10, (225x8)x2, 185x10
Flys: Used door bands for this 2 sets lower, 2 sets upper

Delts:
DB Presses
Side Laterals
Bent over Laterals

Overall Workout:
Still feeling amped from 3 RPM's, I don't feel jittery though which is good. Workout was great, still busting out 3 sets of 10 on 275 and getting better.

Pump:
Hard, but I think I could've drank more water today..way too busy at work.

Sweat:
Drips on my brow, back was wet.

Another one for the books, got late I had to watch Savannah for a bit so I'm adding tri's to bi's tonite.

Freakin' impressed as hell getting 275x10's, and still having the gas to hit 225 on inclines. I'd like to hit up 275 inclines but definitely need a spot for that. Hell even 315 on flat feels dangerous but I know I can get them.

11:00 3 Drive/1 RPM

Knocking it up a bit, just made sure to have ate something first.

2:30 feeling good, alittle heartburn but probably from my pork chop at lunch.

6:00 3 Drive/3 RPM

Got started alittle late so decided to work Bi's and Tri's, theres a bad ass workout by Charles Clairmonte in the newest FLEX mag I'm trying out.

Workout:

Bi's

Ez Bar Curls(inside grip): 60x15, (75x15)x4
DB Preacher Curls: (45x10)x3
Hammer Rope Curls: (40x12)x3
Clairmonte DB Curls: (40x8)x3

Tri's

Pressdowns: 40x18, 50x14, 60x12, 70x10, 80x8
Skull Crushers: (75x10)x3
Rope Overhead Ext: (40x10)x3
Dips: 12x4

Overall Workout:
Killer freaking bicep workout, when all out for pump on tri's to pull some blood out of my biceps!!! Arms looked monsterous tonite, energy was pushing me for more, I probably sounded like a grizzly bear awoken from its winter slumber!!!

Pump:
Amazing, and lasts for hours afterwards. Could feel my arms swell after the first working set.

Sweat:
Getting more intense as the outside temps climb, not drenched like summer but brow dripping and back is dripping in the basement!!

Sides:
None

Great workout, this months FLEX is pretty awesome has Johnnie Jackson on the front. Check out the Charles Clairmonte article cool!!!

3/12

9:30 3 Drive/1RPM

Still feeling okay with 3 Drives

6:30 3 Drive/3 RPM

8:00 Workout

Back

Underhand Grip Pulldowns
Standing T-Bar Rows(awesome!! just like the pro's do!)
Seated Rows
Pull ups

Standing T-Bar Row Shrugs(new exercise!)
Shrugs with superset DB's

Overall Workout:
Awesome back workout tonite, got my T-Bar from the store last weekend so going full tilt now on the barbell rows and loving it. RPM's got me amped again tonite, feeling it.

Pump:
Great, I could feel my lats turn from feeling like rubber to condensed. Traps blew up quickly.

Sweat:
All good, brow and back

Sides:
None, alittle sleeplessness tonite.

9:30 3 DRIVE/ 1 RPM

Felt sick after dosage may drop to 2 mornings/3 afternoon of Drive.

6:30 3 Drive/3 RPM

Workout:

Legs

Squats
Extensions
Curls

Calve Raises

Overall Workout:
Great workout, felt sick until lunch but went away. Energy up, feeling buzzed.

Pump:
Legs pumped quickly, for some reason legs seem to heat up also when pumped. Weird...

Sweat:
Great, not sheeting off but definitely sweating pretty good.

Sides:
Just upset stomach this morning.

Good leg workout, didn't have much time as the wife went swimming so I had to cut alittle short to watch Savannah.

So far making steady good gains, alot of workouts are feeling easier and reps are more confident. Great stack!!

3/18

Had my finishing of my root canal yesterday with dentist so took Monday off.

9:30 2 Drive/ 1 RPM

Had stomach issues with 3 in the morning, so its gonna be 2 and 3 morning and night.

No issues with 2 in the morning.

Tonite is chest, can't wait to see how strength goes especially after my dentist visit. May tell what happened back in Feb with my initial visit. I hope not effected though 275x10 is getting stronger and stronger.

Did my regular workout, and strength was down flats were 275x8's so not down too much.

Was training Tri's after chest, got through pressdowns and jumped into skull crushers. My 8th rep my wrist popped and sounded like a gun went off!

Stopped and let it rest.

Overall chest was decent compared to the initial post dental visit, reps were down 2 reps a set but never just felt like it gave out. So thats alot better than last time.

Now I'm wondering if I had cycled L-Leucine for too long before, but still could be the novacaine from the dentist and nerve receptors?....

Worked arms and delts tonite, following same workout from FLEX's Clairmonte article:

Ez bar Curls: 4setsx15 (working sets)
Standing DB curls: 3x10
Hammer Curls: 3x10
Clairmonte Curls: 3x10

(Bi's and Tri's back to back)

Pressdowns: 4x12
Skull Crushers: 3x10
Overhead Ext: 3x8
Dips: 3x12

Shoulder Press: 4x12
Side Laterals: 3x10
Bent Over Laterals: 3x10

Overall Workout:
Great energy, mad pumps, arms looked ridiculus. Plenty of focus, alittle light headed probably from RPM kick.

Haven't much time to post this week, tonite is Back/Traps.

Sorry no pics yet, usually I try to get a few but the wife has been busy with our daughter....will be trying to get a break soon and atleast get a pic after one of these workouts.

Right now I think I'm about 1/2 way through my second bottle of Drive. Definitely hasn't felt like its let up at all, and I'm feeling stronger every workout. Also I've never felt the need to go over 3 pills of RPM Pre-Workout, usually I up the dose of a caffeine like supplement after so long. With RPM I don't feel like I'm getting used to the feeling once it kicks in. Even 1 RPM in the morning boosts how I feel, which is like having 1-2 cups of some strong coffee.

I'd really like to run Drive higher than 4 a day, I should be at 7 or 8 I think with my bodyweight. But even bumping to 3 and 3 started giving me alittle bit of an issue. Still with 2/2 I'm gaining no matter what, I don't think I've ever felt this strong on bench without something hormonal and then carrying over to incline benches I feel a ton stronger and not like the muscle is tiring. Pumps feel unreal, like the muscle just gets pressurized, and it doesn't take long before it swells then once it does it stays about the same for my whole workout. Say with chest, I go through Tris and Delts and my chest is still pumped like I got done benching.

I've probably said this before but I think Drive/RPM would rock between cycles, and if you chose not to go with prohormones this stack is your best bet out of all the natural stuff I've tried. Maybe even Drive alone if you don't want the extra kick from RPM.

Well seriously need to get back now....

Back day:

Pulldowns
Bent Rows
Seated Rows
Pullups

Cable T-Bar Shrugs
DB Shrugs

Great performance & Pump

3/21

Legs:

Hack Squats
Squats
Extensions
Curls

Calve BB raises

Great day for legs, another warming feeling pump. No sides.

3/24

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM

7:00 3 Drive/2 RPM

Chest

Incline: 135x15, 185x12, 205x10, 225x10, 275x7, NEW PR 300x1, 275x8, 225x10
Flat Bench: 225x10, (275x6)x3
Flys w/Decline superset: 3 sets of 10
Push ups: 2sets of 20 = finish pump for some major flexing! wink.gif

Overall Workout:

Just killed chest tonite as it was a busy nite with Savannah. Felt F-ing sweet going into the workout, but was paying for Easter's massive amounts of food I don't usually eat.....Got 300x1, but think I could have gotten 2-3 but didn't have a spot so I didn't want to push it as I was happy enough with 1 after hitting 275. Then after feeling 300, 275 definitely felt lighter plus I took a few minutes to recoop after.

Pump: Felt awesome, chest looked full and round, strong as hell tonite.

Sweat: Not bad, and getting better with the spring temps.

Sides: None, some Easter dinner shits but not from Drive.

New PR tonite, I feel great and strength is rising each week between numbers, reps, and form.

Not only the new PR but inclines are slowly catching flat bench, which has never been this close.

And again I cannot stress how well you feel mood, strength, and pump on this stack. Stay consistent with food, training, & recovery and results will definitely come.

Oh Hellz yes dude!!! I just hit a 300lb incline press that I've never done before, and that was at the top of my pyramid. I would have gone for a couple more but I didn't have a spot so I didn't want to get stuck.

I'm very happy with my results, been gaining strength and the pumps are pretty bad ass. The pumps are pretty intense, I love it. Hitting PR's and reps are getting easier each workout it seems. I've been eating like a horse lately and not gaining any excess fat as well.

I'd recommend this stuff to anyone looking to make gains. My stomach issues are kind of a bump in the road, but the good definitely overweighs the bad big time. Sometimes the RPM gets alittle intense, but not as bad as the old Ephedra burners. It seems to be more of a body buzz but you don't crash or feel like your hearts gonna explode. Most of the time it just pushes me to work even harder, and produces more stamina.

Could you run this stack during pct or would you do it after? I'm wondering the same thing for after my ergo/methyl-e cycle.

3/25

9:30 2 Drive/1 RPM

7:30 3 Drive/2 RPM

ARMs:

BB Curls: 65x14, 95x10, (115x8)x2, 125x5, 95x8
Preacher Curl
DB Standing Curls
Cable Hammer

Pressdowns
Skull Crushers
Rope Ext
Dips

Delts

DB seated Press
Front raises w/EZ Bar
Bent Laterals

Overall Workout:
Awesome workout again, 125x5 felt f-ing sweet. Took long negs on each rep, and smooth positives. Pressdowns were getting up, more reps & more weight. Its a constant battle with this stack, each week is a new PR either with weight or reps. Clear mind, and a Grizzly mentality.

Pump:
Arms were full freakin' blown. Won't be long and I'll have to take another measurement. Veins were popping out big time...I'm almost scared of seeing them when I cut.

Sweat:
Still not as good as a summer workout, but wet.

3/26

Same dosing

Workout:
Back

Deadlifts
Bent BB row
Seated Tbar row

Traps

Cable shrugs with Ez Bar Attachment
BB Shrugs

Overall Workout:
Haven't done Deads in awhile so I added them in, wow....felt awesome but man my hammies were blown by the end. Didn't want to stop though thanks to RPM!

Pump:
Great, back felt really full. Even hamstrings were tight.

Sweat:
Great, back was rolling with sweat.

Good workout tonite, Deads kicked my fucking ass. I guess thats what I get for not throwing them in more often but I hate doing them before leg day. Oh well, I'm sore today and loving it. smile.gif
