7:30 3 RPM/3 DRIVE

Had a bad morning with my stomach and bowel movements. Wow, it was bad. A dude caught me on my way to the toliet...oh my god I felt sorry as I was just keeping it fast answers and such but I was so close it made it worse! Haha! I thought I was gonna shit myself! My stomach sounded like a thunderstorm was blowing up a hurricane or something.

Think I may have to lower dose for a few days.

Well tonite is Valentines, so we shall see about the workout. I don't wanna slack on legs, but I already got the quote "How about we meet up here in about 10 hours?" from the wife this morning in bed....bow chicka wow wow!!! wink.gif

So I'll get my "pump" on no matta what tonite!!!

I think Ben may still be recovering from his Valentine's workout........... lol

2/15
7:30am 1 RPM/DRIVE

Did get alittle caffeine buzz going still even a 1 pill!!!

5:30 2 RPM/DRIVE

6:30 Workout, feeling good and awake so far no stomach issues

Workout:

Squats: 135x14, (225x12)x2, 275x10, 315x8
Leg Ext: 2(35s)(25)x13 x3
Leg Curl: 2(35s)x12 x3
Hack Squats: 185x10x3

Calve Raises: 275x10x4

Treadmill: 5minutes full running

Overall workout:
Good workout tonite, even at lower dose I'd say this stuff is still working great. Got the in the Zone feeling and didn't really tire that bad until my run.

Pump:
Still working great, pumps start to get insane after the first few sets by the second exercise you can tell its elevated

Sweat:
Awesome sweat during my run, above average for workout.

Sides:
Feeling better at lower dose, still bad gas but not feeling like I'm gonna crap at a moments notice!

Lower dosage I'm feeling better and about the same effects. We'll see next week how it is effected.

2/19

Was freakin' busy all weekend with family outings and a b-day party so I took it off besides a few pushups and pumps here and there! Did 5 sets of pushups the other nite, 3 flat and 2 legs raised inbetween. And damn my chest was huge! Sandy asked what I was taking!!!

7:30 1 RPM/ 2 Drive

No problems, feeling great.

One thing I've noticed that just struck me is I'm hungry almost all the time! Been getting home from work or about to leave work and wanting to eat like mad! Which is definitely above normal, also recovery is pretty quick inbetween workouts. Some days I'd expect to be alot more sore than I am, and soreness is staying around good soreness threshold where its great to flex as you can feel the whole muscle.

Sandy brought home Boston Market Chicken last nite and I ate 1/2 a chicken and about 3/4 of 3 of the sides!!!! Then was hungry about an hour later! And before bed finished off Sandy's left over chicken!!! HAHA!

5:30 2 RPM/2 Drive

Will be doing Arms and Delts tonite, since chest is alittle sore.

Workout: Bi/Tri back to back

Bi's
Standing DB Curls: (55lbx10each)x4
Standing Ez Curl Inside Grip: (85x10)x3
" " Outside Grip: Same
Cable Rope Hammers: (40lb on sledx8)x3

Tri's
Cable Ext: 30onsledx15, 50x12, 60x10, 70x8
Cable Rev Ext: (40x10)x3
Skull Crushers: (85x8)x3
Cable Rope Overhead Ext: (40x8)x3

Shoulder
DB Press: (65x12)x4
Front Raise: (45lb platex8)x3
Rear Lateral cable: (20on sledx10)x3

Overall Workout:
Great workout, didn't go with crazy weight went for more squeeze and pump. Energy was good, still got that clear mind feeling.

Pump:
Thick and full, arms totally swole!

Sweat:
Took off shirt was sweating.

Sides:
Just "clear out the room" gas!

9:30 2 RPM/2 Drive

Switched up my time of consumption, taking it with my yogurt at break to see if stomach issues can be combated!

7:30 3 RPM/2 Drive

Took the pills alittle later tonite, as when I got home from work I ate 1/4 (basically the top half of a half), mash potatoes, and a bunch of carrots. Appetite is definitely up. Hungry freakin' all the time.

9:00 Chest WO

Workout:

Chest
Incline: 135x15, 185x12, 205x10, 235x9, 275x6, 205x8
Decline: (225x10)x4
Flat: (225x10)x3
Flys: (55DBx8)x3

Overall Workout:
Got late so decided to destroy chest, and workout felt really strong. Wanted to do more on inclines but didn't have a spot. Awesome overall chest workout, never tired but strength was slowly diminishing.

Pump:
Freakin' sweet, had striations in upper chest once I got done with the 3rd set of inclines, and still looked full this morning 2/21

Sweat:
Turned on a space heater by my cage, so sweat was good.

Sides:
Slight Diarrhea but not explosive! Still having the worst smelling gas!

So great chest workout, full and pumped. Nice looking striations that appeared near the center of my upper chest that looked really cool especially under a light's shadowing.

But feeling it this morning....bad! Trying not to flex but my chest actually feels fuller than normal this morning. Even moving my arms out to the sides stretches my chest enough to feel the soreness! But its all good, a welcomed soreness from my workout last nite.

Not much to say, had a slight workout for Friday of Back and Legs. But not much time so workout was more of a pump and go.

Pump and strength were good for the workout.

Sides are just bad gas!!!

Doses are still at 2 morning 2 nite of Drive, 1 RPM mornings, 3 RPM before workout.

Upcoming week will be a 6 day workout!

9:30 2 Drive/ 1 RPM

Feeling Great and no sides.

5:30 2 Drive/3 RPM

Alrighty so I'm going to go all out this week and get my schedule back down to my 3 and 3 workouts. Sucks as each week something comes up that screws my schedule up. But this week I'm getting everything done as soon and early as possible when I get out of work, and before the wife and kid get home!

So tonite will start Chest/Tri/Delts. Ate pretty decent over the weekend so tonite should show some decent strength gains.

Workout:

Chest
Flat bench:135x15, 225x14, (275x8)x3, 315x5
Incline:185x12, 205x10, (225x8)x3
Decline Fly & immediate press: (55DBx10)x3 with immediate slow rep press each set x8

Tricep
Dips: (Bodyweightx12)x3
Rope Ext:50lb on sledx12, (60x10)x3
Behind Back Press: (50 on sledx10)x3

Delt
Shoulder Press: (65x12)x4
Ez Bar Raises: (80lbx10)x3
Bent Laterals: (25lbx10)x3

Overall Workout:
Where do I begin, great stamina tonite, drive, and just plain feeling it!! Strength through chest was amazing all lifts felt confident and powerful. After knocking out (275x8)x3 I didn't even think I'd be able to incline more than 185-205. Blew out Triceps pretty good, and took it alittle higher reps on delts so no injuries after my chest workout. Usually if I go hard on chest and delts, delts usually are achey for a few days.

Pump:
Ridiculous, chest was booming so much my biceps looked like they were feeling it. Tri's and delts looked great and delts were really full.

Sides:
No diarrhea, just soft serve. But no stomach issues or anything. I think a little yogurt taken with pills in the morning is definitely helping. I do still feel a bit jittery after 3 RPM come workout time.

Insane workout, I felt great and blew through chest like nothing. Just at 4 Drives a day @ 2 and 2. With 1 and 3 of RPM, impressive! I guess I should have stayed at 2 and 2 the whole bottle of Drive. I think that stuff works for me no matter if it is underdosed.

I guess the only downfall to last nites WO was my dog had a cough all nite, I swear I woke up every freakin' hour, so I hope I got enough rest after that workout to grow.

Chest is sore on flexing, but still a bit full. My upper body looks awesome today.

Ben,

You used the dreaded "Underdosed" word! lol No hard feelings.

Drive is far from underdosed. Think instead that the capsules are just too small. We use effective doses that are backed by science and research. In order to get the user the effective doses of certain ingredients, you have to use multiple caps. There's just no way to make the powder of an effective dose take up less space.

Think about that concept when you see a product that says take 2 caps..... and it contains 20 ingredients.

lol i think what he meant was that "he" is taking less than the recommended dose, and it's still working for him... not that the product is underdosed

I didn't mean it like the product is underdosed, I'm underdosing it for my bodyweight!!! laugh.gif

I guess I should've explained more.

My underdosing was a good thing, meaning that if the next guy can take Drive without my issues at full strength, I feel there is no limit to what possibilities in natural size can happen. I am very impressed with the product both times I've taken it, where if you eat/lift/and take the products consistantly you will be above impressed with the results. This stack makes Creatine, Arginine, Glutamine, BCAA's, Taurine you name it seem like a thing of the past.

If anything for me, as far as your product goes its overdosed! I can't handle it a full strenght!!!! wink.gif I'm back down to 2 and 2, and it gets better every workout and I'm not even taking the dosage for my bodyweight!!! Which is 1 or 2 brackets up from what I'm at.

Well I had to put my Boxer down...sucks we took her to the vet Tuesday morning, which the vet said it was a cough. But at her age of 10 which Boxers are expected 9 at the most, I think it was too much for her lungs as by Tuesday nite she was spotting blood when she really had a bad cough. By Wednesday morning she was really not herself, wouldn't eat, drink or even get up for anything. When we went to the doc's in the morning, she had about 15 drips of blood roll out at once on the examination table and that was all I could take.

So ran the normal doses Tuesday, but spent the night with my girl incase it was the last.

Last night I had to get out of the house for a bit so I met up with a friend at the gym.

So,

10:00 2 Drive, 1 RPM

7:00 2 Drive, 3 RPM

Workout: Biceps/Back/Traps

Standing DB curls (Each Side): 35x14, 40x12, 45x10, 55x8
Preacher Machine Curl: 45platex12, 55x12, 60x10, 70x12 spotted last 2
Hammer Rope Cable Curl: (50lbx10)x3

Reverse Grip Pulldown: 70x12, 80x10, (90x8)x2
Hammer Strength Upright Rows: 45esx12, 45es+25esx10, (2(45's ES)x8)x2
Seated Rows Hammer Strength: Basically Weights Reps and Sets

Smith Machine Shrugs(Front and Rear back to back)=[2 45's each sidex15, 1 45 ea side reversedx10] x4

Overall Workout:

Insane pump, getting better every freakin' workout. I'm not at all surprised I've never been let down by this stack. Good energy, in the zone to SFW's, had my MP3 player with me so that was rockin in 1 ear.

Pump: Crazy, arms felt like softballs that only got bigger with each set. Plenty of glares from the other guys in the gym. Haha! Back, traps were on point as well.

Sides: Getting better with dosage, still got the soft serve!! LOL, sorry if its TMI, but I figure I'd put it for others incase they were freaked. The first time I took this stack I was, I thought I had a stomach bug or food poisoning.

So the gym was exactly what I needed tonite, I know Ginger was right there watching me and she's happy I was doing what I was.

Rest up girl, our time will come again.

RIP Ginger 1998-2008
