Every bulk powder I've ever bought, from here or NP, has a label that tells you how many mg. per measurement (usually 1/4 tsp). You have to order it and look at the label. From there, it'll be easy enough to figure out how to measure your dose.

400-600 mg. total per day, divided into 2 doses. I'll have to run by WM and pick up that 1/8 tsp. that will come in handy.

basically couldnt be easier... it came with 100 little disposable plastic trays that can hold about 5grams.. so you pyt the little tray on it.. tare it so it measures 0 wth the tray on, then dose your powder and it displays the weight in g, mg, oz, etc.
theres even a calibration function so you know its always accurate.

How'd you dose your testofen and what did you observe, how quickly, etc? I'm curious as to what all to expect and when.

I can't remember the dosage ( I capped it myself haphazardly ) but it took about a week or two for complete saturation. The clinical study done on it has a good rec. dose.

This stuff really increases testosterone production, so you should have all of the symptoms.

Yeah, you'd prob. want to use a 1/8 tsp. and just toss it in your mouth and chase it down. I'd go w/ something w/ a stronger taste to mask it. Water wouldn't do it for me. I usually chase bad tasting powders w/ diet soda. Usually that'll mask the majority of it, but be prepared to wince as it sloshes in your mouth...lol.

I'm not using an AI. although I am using T-Bomb 2 as well as Leviathan Reloaded at the same time as this. Both of those products contain DIM, which helps regulate estrogen metabolism. It's not considered an AI, but functions to properly metabolize it.

Dave from PAL has written about that ingredient in other threads related to Leviathan and Leviathan Reloaded. I got some of this info. from there, as well as being aware of DIM being included w/ some of the original andro products, like Andro-6.

I've had a decent amount of experience (used 3 diff. products) w/ longjack. It seems to be effective in freeing bound testosterone, by way of decreasing SHBG in the blood.

This is why I think it's a great choice to stack w/ other compounds that naturally increase test. Why increase something that's going to be largely bound up and unuseable? I've never noticed any estrogenic sides when using it.

The cheapest way to do longjack is to buy bulk powder (I got my 20:1 concentration from NP in a special that included horny goat weed and maca). It tastes very bad, so I suggest capping it.

The effect of aqueous and ethanol extracts of soybean and fenugreek on the growth of MCF-7 cells, an estrogen receptor positive breast cancer cell line, has been examined in this study. Soybean is well known for the presence of phytoestrogens and fenugreek is reported to have medicinal use including anticancer properties. In a dose dependent manner soybean aqueous and ethanol extract promoted the growth and DNA synthesis in MCF-7 cells. On the contrary ethanol extract of fenugreek decreased the cell viability and induced early apoptotic changes such as flipping of phosphatidylserine and decrease of mitochondrial membrane potential. Degradation of cellular DNA into fragments comprising multiples of approximately 180-200 base pair was also observed. Cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry showed the presence of a subG1 apoptotic population which was more prominent at higher concentrations along with cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase. Our experiments show that while the soybean extract acts as a promoter of MCF-7 cell growth, the fenugreek extract induces apoptosis.

Yeah, I'm noticing a difference, for sure. I've been on it for approx. two weeks now and am a lot more horny than usual, plus getting more random wood and back acne. For the price I really don't think you can beat this stuff. I plan to stay on for about a month and then give it a two week break and get back on it.

From my reading on and experience w/ rhodiola, I find it to be very beneficial. As far as whether it's synergistic or counterproductive to natural test. boosters, I would point to two things.

Firstly, a few well respected products used as popular test. boosters (Activate Extreme, Leviathan Reloaded, Coq Diesel, etc.) contain rhodiola. I assume these companies put it in their formulas for good reason.

Secondly, doing a quick google search, I came across the link below, which provides lots of good detail about the herb and gives references, cites studies, etc. In light of all that info, I'm pretty comfortable using rhodiola.

Back to the issue of testofen, though. I mentioned intending to reorder when I came close to running out. I'll actually end up reordering much sooner, though, since I just found out about a pretty decent price per gram drop. Hopefully, more places will continue to stock it and the price will keep dropping!

Pretty much the same as it's been since about the two week mark. Random wood pops up a lot more often. That doesn't happen a whole lot in your mid thirties, so it's nice to have that effect.

The wood I've been getting ha been better than usual, I would say. Sometimes the gf will walk by if I'm sitting down or laying on the couch and give me a grab. if I have wood or semi, she'll start asking q's like "What caused THIS???" Thinking I must've been dirty macking online or something if I happen to be at my desk.

It's funny, but also fun to be in a situation where random wood has to be explained...lol. As I mentioned, I'm going to be ordering more soon, even though I'm not anywhere near out. I found a serious deal on the planet, so I'll be placing an order for that plus prob. some longjack and hgw, while I'm at it.

usually I'll set it up so I'm taking two caps per day. Each cap containing 300 mg. of testofen. Then, I'll usually add 400 mg. of longjack, also. That should be enough to mostly fill your 00's. I also add around 50 mg. of rhodiola to each cap, but if you're not adding that, then it's a non-issue.

1/4 tsp. of testo yields 500 mg.

That's kind of a significant difference between the two for just 1/4 tsp. It's hard to believe there's THAT much variance between the two. I wonder which label is more accurate, in light of that. I'm gonna do some checking and see what I can find out.
