Anyone know how many mg's is in a 1/4tsp?

I don't know your answer, but I have a question about the Testofen. Prosource's Androtest Extreme contains 600mg of Testofen. I'm 205 lbs. so should I take more than 600mg, and should I split the dosage up?

how good is testofen? Ive been seeing it in a few products but i havent really looked into it.

400-600 mg. per day, split into two doses is what's recommended for the test boosting effects. There's a human study (don't have the link handy) where test. levels rose approx. 100% after 10 days of use.

I just ordered 80 grams of bulk powder, so I'll see if it's as effective as the study suggests. It's a lot cheaper than other boosters, so I'm excited about it. It's an extract from fenugreek, which a lot of guy already use during PCT. Fenotest by Scivation/Primaforce cantained this, as well as another herbal booster.

Bulk Testofen sounds great.
But what about estrogen response. do you think an AI should be taken with it?
Also, their write mentions DHT. do you think it will cause hair loss?

You can't google a conversion for this because you don't know the begining weight. How do you measure the dose. Usually the put it on the container how many mg's per 1/4 tsp.

Anyhow I am glad BN carries this, they are the only company to do so.

Good to know. So, you'd want to dose approx. 1/2 of a 1/4 tsp. twice a day. I'll have to see if I can find any 1/8 tsps. out there at a kitchen store or something, for better accuracy.

I heard this stuff tastes terrible, but hard to imagine anything being worse than bulk longjack powder. I gag down 1/4 tsp. of that rank stuff every morning. it's become something of a ritual...like the nasty taste wakes me up for the day...lol.

Anyway, my testofen has shipped and should be here on the 5th, so I'll update everyone on the taste, effectiveness, etc.

Josh please let us know about Estogen response.

quick question/comment. the measuring spoons from walmart include an 1/8 of a tsp., thats where i got mine. and is the dosing like 300 mg. twice a day for a total of 600 mg. or is it 600 mg. twice a day for 1200 mg. a day? jw

Ok, my testofen arrived today. So, i immediately opened it up and smelled it. I had heard it tasted really bad, so I wanted to see about that. I got a little on my tongue and it didn't seem like it'd be so great to take by the 1/8 tsp.

The smell was kinda like the maple smell from fenugreek caps, but also an almost curry like smell. It felt kinda weird in the mouth, so I opted to break out the capping machine and go to work.

I also have some bulk longjack from NP that I pretty much dread taking every morning, plus some bulk rhodiola roasea from before that was really nasty, too. I thought this would be a good opportunity to use this other stuff and reduce the nastyness I ususally endure.

So, I did a batch of 24 caps to start with. That will be a 12 day supply at 2 caps per day. Each cap contains approx. 300 mg. of testofen, 400 mg. of longjack I believe NP's is a 20:1 extract which is backed up by a study I read on AM), and lastly about 74 mg. of 3% standardized rhodiola rosea from BN.

So, at these dosages, I'm doing the max. recoomended for both the testofen and the longjack, and about a middle dose of rhodiola. Most ppl. take 100-300 mg. of that daily and I'll be doing about 150, so that should be enough to get decent benefits from it.

I'll also be continuing to dose a 4:1 maca bulk pwder extract from NP at 1600 mg. per day. I'd been dosing that just once in the morning, but may end up dividing it, to keep things more evenly spaced. in addition, i've been taking 2 caps of Leviathan Reloaded first thing in the moring, too. That provides a good dose of yohimbine and tribulus, too.

With all these things combined, plus the T-Bomb 2 I've been taking for a week or two now, I should be through the roof w/ natural test production and libido. This should be lots of fun. I may even add some Paravol to the mix just to be a little extra out of control. I'll update about all this later.

definitely is a great investment to pick up a digi scale... under $40 and you wont have to ever question the dose.

yo, after you been on it for a little bit could you post again or give a review for testofen... it sounds really intriguing and i would like to hear from someone who has tried it firsthand.

I'm on day 2 right now. Just took my 3rd dose a bit ago. It's too early to say much yet, as the study I saw showed that test. levels were reported up 98% after 10 days of use.

I figure after about a week I should be able to feel something. it'll be hard to give it a strict review, itself, just because I'm also using the other products I mentioned, but I've been using them for a while now , anyway. Because of that, i should be able to report on any increase I detect since starting testofen.

For the price, I just don't think it can be passed over. I spent under $30 shipped, and the 80 grams should last a good while, since I plan on cycling it probably 1 month on, 2 weeks off.

I think I remember Dr. D writing something about fenugreek being very effective for up to a month but then it being a good idea to take a couple weeks off to renew its effectivenes.. I'll take that advice, since he knows a lot about this sort of thing.

If anyone else is planning to cap it, I'd go w/ a little less total powder than I used this time. I had a little bit of powder left over after tampering the cps several times. I like to have just the right amount per batch, to get a better idea of exactly how much is in each cap.

As to what Dave mentioned, I've been considering picking up a digi scale recently because of how cheap they are. I just don't have any experience w/ them, so i'm not sure how to use it right, etc. Anyone w/ experience using them that can offer some insight?
