| If you do not allready know, this store thrives from customer feedback and word of mouth. And the better we do, the more savings we can bring to our customers. So, if you have some free time and have had some good experiences, we would all really appreciate it if you can leave some positive feedback on some of the merchant programs we are in. Damn that was a work out alone typing all those up  Typed something up for all of them, but isn't showing the review yet. Imagine it takes awhile before they're posted. How about pinning this thread so it's more visible? That way it won't get lost in the shuffle of things... |

Yes I don't know this for a fact, but it would make sense since Bizrate is clearly indicating they want objective reviews and not the overzealous opinions of the Bulk Nutrition devotees. | Well they aren't offering me any compensation so that didn't motivate me but I do rememeber checking a box pretaining to something like I found the poll on their site....something to that effect. I know that I didn't check that one the first time. Well it's now morning and I'm all rested up and will try again. |

| I have tried 3 times to write a review for Bulk Nutrition and 3 times I've received, upon submission, a scren saying that I was in an area that I had no authority to be in. What gives? I'm trying to support a retailer that I've had good experiences with and want to share with others but I keep being kept from my goal. Please look into this situation and reply back. That one's not true, ya know. As for others, seems pretty standard to do. Most people collect reviews by having popups appear when people purchase orders. I found that method a little spammy, so just wanted an obscure message. I don't see there being anything wrong with providing a link though. TommyD: Im sorry you are having those probs. Thanks for the effort. Ill check that out..maybe the link I posted is stale? |

| BN rocks its alot better than buying from some other online store most stores just show the product label w/the price but BN has reviews and information regarding what the product does how its used and its cheaper . i used to shop amazon.com boy was i stupid |

| Well, even though this is pinned (fat lot of good that did, since I was able to post anyway).... I did my bit and fired off highly positive reviews for BN and 1 Fast 400. I don't suppose the admin is reading, but if one of the yard dogs happens by... It wouldn't hurt to ask customers if they can put up a small poster or even a regular paper sized advertisement for BN in the their gym. My small town gym owner has a bulletin board for just this sort of information, and it's rarely got anything on it... So Mike, make up small posters and have them stuffed in orders for those of us who can put up ads for you in our gyms. Small and discrete will always work, whereas the larger posters are usually verbotten. I also always leave those BN shaker bottles at the sign-in area by the front door (I'm seeing them resurface, in use, every once in a while, too) - I figured it would be an easy, nonpushy way to get word out about the BN web store.  More recently, I've started to exchange supp/diet tips and advice with several bbers at my gym who are interested in competing. I always mention the products I use and how and where to order from if they wish to purchase same. I also carry around my martial arts gear in that nifty gym bag, the one you offered in promotion a while ago. Finally, why not have BN gym towels made up?? Another easy give away with a certain size order, and it would get used, believe me! Another great subliminal sneaky way of getting word out about the store and forum. |

| I wouldn't hesitate for one second on typing reviews and ratings for bulk nutrition. They have done so much for me and they have what seems the best customer service around which is hard to find these days. I would bet that Mike McCandless himself would be my spotter if i asked just for the sake of customer satisfaction. Keep on rockin bulk and dont franchise or go mainstream because right now you are the secret of fans of the iron. Thanks again Kalani Cablay |

| I left great reviews on all the sites for the simple reason that I love Bulk Nutrition and IFast400. I did get an error message once on the BizRate site but it worked the second time. |

| Terrible, terrible service. I seem to be in the minority, but I will probably never use BN again. Just a horrible experience. Private email from customer service said product WAS in stock. I sent money, after a week, I had to email to find out product was on back order. Tried to substitute other products for order, absolutely no response from BN - ZERO. I was incredibally patient, but IMO customer service in non-existent fo this company. <br>After writing to ALL email addresses for BN, finally got response from customer service, they had not substituted products and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. By that time I was livid and asked for my money back. It's been over a month since this entire episode began. I have yet to receive my money. Ordered the very same day from NutraPlanet.com (supps that BN does not carry), package arrived within a week - will stick with them.<br> Such unbelievably poor service from BN. I wonder if some of you guys praising them are shills. There are many products I'd like to try, but would be extremely hesitant to give them a second chance. BUT FIRST I HAVE TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!! Someone please tell me I had the unfortunate luck of getting the junior varsity to handle my order!!! |

| The rubber gasket fell out of mine a while ago so I just use it to drink from before my ball games or something. I've had it sitting in my bag in the car for months. Had to clean out the mold and shit. Still using it though. |

| A month ago I would have rated your store highly ... after placing my latest order (on the 4th of April) and being told it was delayed because of items being out of stock (after I ordered) I have not had any further word on the matter since the 15th of April, After sending numerous emails and posting on the ordering issues forums still nothing .. not even a email saying we are sorry, and the item in the store is now still showing out of stock. I am in Australia so it's not like I can use the toll free number... is anybody else having issues with there orders lately, is the company in some kind of financial trouble ?? I have ordered from here 4-5 times previously and this is the first time this has happened, this isn't a rant... it's just that my credit card has been billed after 3-4 days since ordering and then I was informed my order was delayed , I am out of pocket and have no idea what is going on with my order. I have emailed every possible email address I could find regarding this site .... still nothing .... can anybody help?? This has now been resolved .... will post here again when I recieve my order ,... my faith has been restored |

| The prices here are pretty decent and all my orders arrive in 3-7 business days, never any complaints with that. However, I've ordered a lotta stuff from BN over the last few years and have never received a free gym bag, t-shirt, shaker, samples...nothin. |
