Wow. Uhhhh, no don't sniff it. biggrin.gif Cypionate Powder is for advanced users. Sounds like you are new to this so please just stick with a transdermal or oral PH.

I'm fairly new two the supplement thing as you can see.I've been doing some research and still not sure exactly how to stack.I have all my gear but I don't know if I should take my ant-estrogen during my bulk phase or after .I don't know if I can say what I'll be taking on this forum(my ingnorance not check)but basically what I have is potent oral and i have something to detox my liver and something to keep me from getting bitch tits.Should I take something else with this stuff to stay lean.

5'7" 172lbs. is what i weigh now I've been working out for 3years now and know how to train ,just not how to take supplements in a strategic way,to benefit me best.

If you're taking an anti-E for the purpose of getting your boys back to work, take it after. If you're taking one (or an anti-aromatase) to reduce bloat or overall estrogen during a cycle, then you'd obviously take it during.

It sounds like you're mostly concerned with post-cycle recovery, so take it post-cycle, as the name implies smile.gif ...From the way you're talking about it, though, I would do a little more homework on it. I'm not saying that to be getting on your case, but I think you'd be a lot happier with your results if you understood the how's and why's of it all.

Damn what a good idea cut cocaine with it. Cut it with estrogen and their significant other will think it is stronger. Try sublingal (under the tonge).
