About a week and a half ago, I set out on a strict cutting cycle with the intention of using 4-AD (4Derm) to preserve lean mass. The day that I started I got nervous and promptly switched over to oral 19-Nor. I used that for about 4 or 5 days and then started reading a lot of posts from people who basically thought of 19-nor as worthless. I switched back and have been using 4Derm for the past 4 1/2 days @ 200mg twice a day. However, I've decided that I just can't hang with the 4-AD. I've been having nightmares about getting bitch tits and losing all of my hair. I know that this is a gross overreaction and I know that 4-AD isn't the most likely PH to cause serious sides, but I also know that it is possible. I've been preoccupied with poking around at my nipples constantly to make sure that I'm not getting gyno (I do feel something firm about the size of a pea under my left nipple, but this could be my imagination.) I started taking 250mg of oral Formestane a couple of days ago.

Anyways, I've decided once and for all that I want to switch from 4Derm to NorDerm (probably at a higher dose) and deal with consequences of a less anabolic compound rather than the consequences of an aromatizing compound.

My question is:
Do I need to take a week off with some PCT (6-OXO) before I start back with the NorDerm, or have I not spent enough time with either compound to cause noticeable suppression?

I plan to be on NorDerm for at least 3 weeks before taking time off.

I'd appreciate any help with this and I do understand that it's pretty ridiculous that I keep flip-flopping between PH's. I also understand that I'm kind of a puss for not being able to stick with the 4-AD, but this is my first cycle and I'd rather not come out of it with breasts.

I would just start the Norderm right off. Note that gyno is still a possibility (although in either case I really don't think it's something to worry about). Your best bet given your situation would be 1,4-andro IMO.

But wouldn't you say that the chances of gyno are distinctly less likely with 19-Nor--especially when combined with E-Form?

Not sure. Probably, but it is also significantly less effective.

People are always so worried about gyno but the nice thing about gyno is once you've got it you can get as big as you want and take as much gear as you want but you don't continue to worry about gyno cuz you already got it. Then once you're as big as you want to be and you want to take a break from gear then you go have the gyno cut out. Your insurance will probably pay for it and you might miss a work out or 2....not a big deal.

Actually, from every account I've heard or read online, it seems that insurance companies are not very likely to pay for gyno reduction because its seen as cosmetic.

Doesn't seem to be an issue for me, though. I started on nolva last week and whether or not I did have the beginnings of gyno, it's not progressing.

Are you referring to Ray's post or mine? I admit that my situation is pretty messed up. In fact, I pointed that out in the title and the post. But my plan seems to be better formulated now.

Sorry.

Power, I hear you loud and clear. You had some legit conserns.
I had just never heard this "bring on the titties" attitude.

I agree, insurance isn't gonna pay unless you find a doc that will vouch that you have an legit med problem as the root cause. I and even at that your right, its cosmetic.
