i've got a strained lower lumbar from deadlifting... as well as a shoulder that had major surgery about 5 years ago that acts up every once in a while. I take cissus when pain gets bad. do you guys think that someone with preexisting injuries should avoid Arachadonic acid? I was thinking of trying universal's Animal Test.

Not necessarily injuries, just if you have an inflammatory conditions or injuries that could worsen due to increased inflammation.

i wouldnt suggest taking AA or any pro-inflammatory product with pre-existing injuries. the increased inflammation may make the injury much worse.
