I'm about 2 weeks into bottle 1 of 2 and love this stuff. By far the best thermo I've tried, although I've only tried a few. 1 question about caffeine - the directions say don't consume caffeine like coffee, tea, etc. Is that because of increased heart rate or because it will mitigate some of the product's positive effects? If so, which? I ask because I'm a huge coffee drinker - in the a.m. near Reloaded dose #1 and in the gym which is soon after dose #2. This stuff is a bath, so I want to get the most out of it.... yea its basically a disclaimer for people who have no idea about mg's, and dosing stimulants each capsule of leviathan reloaded has around 75mgs of caffeine and 4.5 mgs of active yohimbine, its just so the 'normal' person doesnt overdose on stimulants because they just drank a triple moca-frappo-lota-chino with chocolate sprikles and get jittery

Ok so I'm finally at a point where my diet is good and my workouts are good so I started to use Leviathan Reloaded. So far I like it a lot, I work out at 6:30 am before class so it helps be with energy. I am also sleeping easier than I did when I tried it before. However, I have two questions, do I take it on off days, and can I take phenibut with it?
