My capsules are hard as a rock. Opened up one and it was a black hard looking pellet . Is this what every one else is getting with there capsules? Maybe thats how they are designed. The product has not worked all that great for me and I was wondering if this was the problem, defective capsules with harden product inside. Let me know if your capsules are hard as well , Thanks

How long have you been using Plsin? How are you dosing it? Capsules are fine just a bit hydroscopic.

Thanks for the reply. As for doseing i take one capsule on an empty stomach and after 15 minutes will take in the carbs. Oats,wheatbread and usally waximaize no less than 60 for sure usally 80 or more . I'm at the end of my 2nd 30 count bottle of p-plin and will take it on work out days only .

Am I chewing them ? Ok fair question .......uh ......no. Actually I open the capsule and just pop the product out and take it without the yellow capsule. I just wanted to make sure that its supposed to be that hard and was not defective in anyway. A rep from there web site told me it was normal so i got my awnser. So thats the end of that.
