| the best way to obtain mass without androgens is to EAT EAT EAT the zma will give you a little boost in test levels but nothing significant alittle more test = alittle more anabolic so it deffanatly wont hurt none but dont expect to blow up without your diet in check |

| ZMA would just raise your test levels to its normal levels. |
