they fuck up my knees, dont do em much anymore

For your speed deads, do you rest in between the sets? If so, how long?

And just one rep each set, correct?

haha, im not into 50 rep sets. i could probably only clean 155-160 then push pressing it and getting it off my back.

short term i just want to raise up my weak ass bench to about 300 and get my dead to 400
