I recently started a cycle of 1AD/4AD. I started to notice some itching around my nipples and then I noticed what looked like a pimple. I was wondering what I can do to get rid of or shrink this small gyno bump.
P.S. I just got Nolva which I am taking right now.

if it looks like a pimple it probably is a pimple. if it were gyno, youd be feeling a hard mass underneath the nipple, not acne around the nipple.
