Alright..so I've got 2 and a half weeks until my soccer preseason begins. I think I'm pretty much screwed, but maybe you guys can help. I have been running a mile a day for about a week, and just started running 2 miles tonight. My legs felt like LEAD during the 2nd mile. I think i ran it in 15-16 minutes..yeah i know, crappy right? Now I'm not expecting to get it down to 12 minutes in 2 and a half weeks, its pretty impossible. What I'm asking for is a program that will optimize my performance and get me the best results possible in 2.5 weeks. short time, i know, but if you can help please do. And don't lecture about starting too late, I've already berated myself enough for it

Schedule for preseason:
9am - sprints/
endurance ( 2 miles, sprints, or both.)
3pm - practice
