weird day in the gym first reps felt much stronger and controlled than last week. but my endurance wont carry me into the higher rep ranges. im sure the lack of hitting the gym this summer has caused my endurance to decrease but thus far i cant complain . im hoping in week 3 i will see strength gains.

weights are getting back up there, chest is still lacking.... my meal plan at college is now starting so its way easier to get good calories and its very easy to eat clean here. i also have uped my dose from 4 to 5 pills ED because my skin has cleared up and i want to see if i can increase cals w/o fat gain.

mood:im always feeling good. and kinda too relaxed......idk if thats the AX or everything is just working out perfectly in my life right now.
Sleep: i fall asleep quicker than normal but i also have a new bed...however, my sleep is so solid and always 8hrs.
Hunger: Just this week i can make it more than 2hrs without noises coing from my stomach.
Strength: this week was my first where i have felt like being in the gym and seeing what i can do. all my lifts were down from the time i took off, but they are quickly returning.
i weighed myself this past Sunday and my weight was up to 170lbs a 2lb increase. i also look leaner in the mirror and i think the measurements will speak for themselves. but im going to wait until the end to share those results.

Sex Drive: well lets just say i just got onto the college campus and its 90ish degrees out and humid.....apparently freshmen girls don't know what clothes are..... so its hard to miss the increase in sex drive, no pun intended.

Body Temp: well like i said after 20min i can feel my body temp rise and i take 2 caps before workout ad i sweat like crazy.

skin oiliness: at 4 caps a day by the 9th day my skin was dry again so i increased the dosage to 5caps and have had a better attitude in the gym and the oily skin has returned a little.

I expect next week to be a big week in the gym.

20 days ago on close grip on my 2nd set i got 155X8 with a spotter.....today i got 185X8 on the 3rd set... thats a 30lb increase and a set diffrence

Notes: so far this week has been nothing short of amazing in the gym. my rest time was decreased, weights have gone up, DOMS have been reduced, and to tell you the truth my weight hasn't gone up, im sitting at 168lbs and iv LOST 1/4 in around my waist. now the thing is this whole week iv been at 6 caps ED and thats my sweet spot for sure. i haven't been this strong at this body weight EVER. im 10lbs lighter then i was when i was this strong. long story short if i had the money i would have bought a 2nd bottle and gone for a full 8 weeker ( i think the results will be much better moving onto the next bottle). if you have the money i would say this stuff works start at 4 caps and increase as you adapt (6 caps is where i saw the strength come on fast) I would invest in 2 bottles.

tomorrow is my last day with this and its been amazing helping me get back into shape and make me motivated in the gym.

since i don't have money for supplements i will hypothetically say personally for me i would buy activate extreme over any creatine as my next purchase.

no i didn't purchases another bottle. honestly if i had the money i would have had no problems with it. my strength most noticeably on close grip bench press has gone up 10lbs every time i go into the gym. 32 days and i went from 155X8 on the 2nd set and now 195X7 on the 3rd set.... that just amazed me. this is my last week longing i ran out of activate extreme. but the way i look at it is that this last week shows the "final" results from the last workout i had with activate extreme and I'm also confirming my strength is not dropping once stopping the product. measurements will be taken this Sunday and a final weigh-in/ my thoughts on the product.

from what i see furazadrol may be a PH and i think it would be a waste. done at the same time. i have gained 2lbs so far on this 4 week cycle of activate extreme and have not gained any measurement on my waist. and last time i measured i was 1/4 in lower. many lifts went up 40lbs. i most notices a major apatite increase, body temp increase, and strength increase.

all measurements are measured un-pumped in the morning after a full weekend of rest.

Final Measurements
Waist:31 3/4(down 1/4in)
Shoulders:49in (up 2in)
Chest:42 1/4in (up 1 1/4in)
Neck:16in (up 1/4in)
Arms:15 5/8in (up 3/8in over 1/4 in not bad)
Forearms:12.5in (up 1/2in!!)
Quads:23in (no gain sad.gif )
Calves: 15in ( up 1/4in)

This has been the most successful re-comp/gains 30 day "cycle" i have ever done. i stepped in the gym on the day i took my first dose and found how much strength i lost to be discouraging. as time progressed i saw my numbers climbing. fat dropping off while increasing my caloric intake and weight staying the same( wish i had photos...sorry)

Activate Extreme

Mood: always felt good it was amazing i didn't think it at the time but now that i look at it with new classes starting moving not an apartment dealing with bills. getting the car fixed, and traveling i was calm as could be.

Sleep: like a baby (could have been my new bed tho) however since stopping AX i have noticed it is harder for me to get up in the morning again

Appetite:
Took off i didn't notice it as much until i stopped taking it and was not seeking meals at ridicules times of the day. roommates were asking id i was on a real cycle because i was eating so often.

Sex Drive:
always high however i would get random wood like i was in high school again but not as bad as when i sampled aspire 36

Other:
My body temp would increase about 10min after taking the pills, acne was only a little problem and then subsided in the 2nd week. i noticed the largest gains and appetite increase when i took it up to 2 caps 3 times a day (6 cap total)

Strength
Bench press 185X10 to 200X10 (15lbs)
close grip bench press 155X8 to 195X8 (40lbs)
Dead lift (grip was giving out on 225 now 315X6reps was fine)
Squats: stronger in general not sure the numbers

all in all strength and body composition were the most drastic changes


if i had then money i would buy this product over whey or creatine. i know how to eat to get my macro breakdown and i have seen better gains using AX then i respond to any type of creatine. in the future i can see myself trying a 8 weeker if i have the funds.

in no way am i saying this will work for all. for me i believe hormones are my weak spot. i train and eat almost perfect and to add this to my training really did it for me.

Nice review as usual PXboarder. Glad to hear your supplementation led to some good gains. I enjoyed the regular ActivaTe product and am interested in trying this product in a few months.

thanks rich. yeah it was a good way to come back from a break of 5moths from the gym. I am now PRing in some lifts which is nice and im 13lbs lighter than last time.
I hope you enjoy AX with your strict training and diet your gains should be amazing.
