Got mine today(damn I love BN's fast shipping!), took two after a small meal just to guage what it is like....

Gave me a good energy rush after about 30-40 minutes, didn't really change my mood at all but I really wanted to get to the gym (I was at work). Killed my appetite, took the two pills around 3pm and wasn't hungry all day, finally ate around 8pm just because a co-worker wanted to grab dinner.

Its too early to say if I would recommend this yet, I'll probably take 3 next time. Look for my review in a week or two in the products section.

this is supposed to have diacana in it so it should be pretty effective. It has a few other things to but the dicana really caught my eye.

Looks like a monumental waste of money. Might as well put that money towards protein and food which are proven to actually work.

yeah, ive tried BSN products, that cell mass and no xplode and nitrix are KIND of good. but over priced and overhyped.

check out the number of posts on those guys that "like" bsn... its like 1-4 posts. thats so lame and stupid. they should try better.

i stack it with no xplode and it works great for me. i really like it and im gonna keep buyin it......
