haha this thread could not of come at a better time. I am dieting right now and had a cheat meal last night. I get one a week and it is the only thing that keeps me honest all week. went to an Italian restaurant ate: dinner rolls, muscles in white wine sauce, a whole medium white pizza, a greek salad, and a largest peice of chocolate cake i have ever seen in my life. IT WAS AWESOME, i was so full i had trouble breathing. today,back on diet.......waiting for next Saturday.

while cutting i rarely cheat and if it is it's a beer or two with friends

bulking i eat fast food or a pizza a time or two during the week to keep the calories up...

I love grilling some juicy ribeye steaks with loaded baked potatoe and tall beer. Thats just classic...

other then that its baked goods like cakes and cookies.

Just take 1200 mg Gemfibrozil or any other fibrate, and you wont gain a bit of fat, trust me on this
