I don't cheat my meals, but when i do i love Now and Laters...Apple is the shit.
No, maybe I can't win. Maybe the only thing I can do is just take everything he's got. But to beat me, he's going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he's gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he's got to be willing to die himself. I don't know if he's ready to do that. I don't know. -Sylvester Stallone-

My recent cheat obsession is a deep fryer the gf just got. I try to make it as healthy as possible, but frying is always gonna be bad to some extent. The healthiest thing I've done is sweet potato chips in peanut oil.
I bought this "mandolin" cutter at a kitchen store that was going out of business. It can cut you up chips, fries, julienne carrots, etc. Pretty nifty little thing for like $11, when it retailed for 40 bucks.
The chips are awesome tasting, all crispy. You get the benefits of the SP's plus unsat. fats from the peanut oil. It's still fried, though, but I guess if you're gonna cheat, make it have SOME redeeming qualities.
