[PRODUCT]2192[/PRODUCT] Okay, so everybody is recommending 5 grams before and after workout. Label says 1/4 teaspoon is 350 mg. So, 1 teaspoon would equal 1400 mg. Three teaspoons would equal 4200 mg which is almost 5 grams, but not quite. Is there an easier way to measure this so it comes out to 5 grams? thanks for the input.

Also, do you use this on non workout days? And if so, how much? thanx

Based on those calculations, I'd just take 3 and 3/4 teaspoons and call it 5 grams. You'd be getting a bit more, but that won't hurt anything. As far as taking it on non workout days, it's prob. not as necessary as it is pre and post workout, but would help aid in recovery. If you buy in a large enough quantity to make it economical, go ahead and do it.
