How long do you guys usually go for? I usually run mine for 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Heard it aint good to keep on it for a long time blink.gif

Downregulation of CreaT is rapid. Creatine uptake by muscle is pretty much self-regulating, so cycling is not going to help at all in raising levels past a certain point. I would go for continuous use.
