Anyone tried T3?

I've been reading some about it lately and sounds pretty impressive. Has anyone here given it a shot or done additional research? It's not that expensive either, and sounds like it'd be great with ECY.

Thanks

Are you referring to actual T3 (as in thyroid hormone) or the guggul product T3? If the former, I've used it fairly extensively; I usually include a low dose when eating maintenance calories to give myself a little padding, and go up to usually 100mcg/day when cutting. On cycle, I usually include 25mcg/day for the added protein synthesis benefits (can't really tell a big difference either way, but it can't hurt).

With that said, definitely do some research before giving it a shot. Prolonged use can be catabolic to bone as well as muscle. If you haven't already, go over to CEM (Cutting Edge Muscle) and search for some of Nandi12's posts concerning it, or look through some of the older Mind and Muscle mags (mindandmuscle.net) for his article.

Thanks for the advice. I was referring to the SAN T3 product. I will do some more reading.

I take it that you like the product if you continue using it?

SAN's T3 product is just synthetic E&Z guggulsterones. Guggul either stimulates T3 production or increases the conversion of it (can't remember which). It's not a miracle product or anything, but it's very reasonably priced and makes a good addition to other stacks.

Ergolean MC is a better choice, it is cheaper for the amount of guggulsterones and also has additional ingredients.

Have you had success with Ergolean MC?

Never tried it, but it's pretty much a cheaper, better version of SAN T3

I'm a newbie,

I'm just wondering how's guggulsterones compared to L-tyrosine ? Or are they totally for different purpose?

Thank you
